As always, the staff is amazing. They do not follow around the store but will help you the moment you ask. The furniture is exemplary. Every time we’ve ever needed a new piece we go straight to them. Everyone always compliments the look and quality of our purchases. We won’t go anywhere else for wood furniture!

This was our first time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience - from sales to service. Our entertainment center required Mike and Dave to come out to twice to fix/adjust it, and they got it just right, and were very nice and competent. Huge store, packed upstairs and downstairs with furniture you didn’t even know you needed! Tons of colors available for each piece. Staff was knowledgeable and went the extra length to find what you want/ how you want it. The furniture is built beautifully and there’s no doubt it will last for a long time. Highly recommend.

We purchased two Best brand recliners from Howard Hill recently and found them extremely easy to do business with. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. They arrived yesterday, sooner than expected and we love them. The two delivery men were friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be returning for additional furnishings.

I really like this place, to browse and wander around. Sadly though, they d/n have the coffee-cup rack that I was looking for... BUT, just stop in for a quick browse, I GUARANTEE, you'll stay LONGER, AND WANDER....when driving by, just look for the REALLY BIG ADIRONDACK CHAIR OUTSIDE.

Just want to say my experience could not gone better with my purchase of a table and bench.After a period of time we noticed a Crack in the bench.I called was told to take picture of Crack and I was driving past one day went in talked to the gentlemen at the desk they looked at the pictures I took.Then I was told how about we stop at your home and swap out the damaged one for a replacement benchi could not have asked for a better respnse they were here Mondsy took the bad one and replaced with new one.I would highly recommend HOWARD HILL FURNITURE to anyone who was looking for a place to buy some furniture. Hello again everything I posted above is true also on April 17th I purchased a couch and love seat and my experience was great friendly people in the store I had a problem with the kitchen bench I bought I was told the men delivering my new furniture would pick up my bench and fix it at the store.I was called yesterday and told it was done and would be bring it back.As far as the 2 delivery men could not say enough about there professional handling of my new furniture and communication with me and my wife very nice and respectful 2 very nice men I would highly recommend Howard Hill Furniture to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. Always have the best quality of furniture and are made in the USA. Their customer service is always supportive of any issues we had w/no questions asked to ensure satisfaction. Bought our wooden kitchen table, wooden chairs, and rockers from them. Will keep shopping here for any of our furniture needs.

I’ve bought from all the other big names (R&F, Bob’s, etc..) and the quality of their furniture doesn’t even compare to Howard Hill.
