I have a 1970’s era Swedish bike that I needed restored and took it here. They did an amazing job bringing it back to life and I could not have been more pleased. They gave me a great estimate and checked in with me as the restore proceeded. I can highly recommend this shop they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and good people to do business with.

Really, such nice people with a wealth of knowledge and caring. They rehab vintage bikes and have a small stock of bikes for sale. Call to make sure they are open. Limited hours and closed when cold. Parking lot in the back. 5 stars for knowledge and time they shared while fixing my trek 1100

I am very disappointed with this bicycle shop. I bought a used bicycle, that needed some work. I dropped it off last September. The owner gave me a slip for cost of repair. I received a call not to sooner after, that the bike was ready for pick up. I told the person I spoke with I have to find someone that has a truck to pick up bike. Then not too much later I received a call from. A woman that works there about needing for me to puck up bike. She was very nasty and asked why I couldn't use my vechile to pick it up. I told her I ruined the inside of my car trying to squeeze it in. She told me they would move it outside, keeping it chained with a tarp over it to protect it from weather. Never did she mention about a policy if bike not picked up, it becomes property of the store, until I just called today, May 20th and was told they have no record of my bike or no bike of mine there.

Like I said, I am very disappointed with this business because nothing about a policy of my bike becoming property of store, was told to me and wasn't on the repair receipt! I also, feel if this business wants better reviews and to be a better full service bike shop, they should provide a pick up or drop offof bike within a 10 mile radius. Also, the owner/workers should have better manners and be a but more professional!

While the service guy is outstanding, the older woman who I believe is co owner, acted as if I was a bother. She had no idea about the bikes or the sport. I had planned on buying several items but after the way she treated me, I moved on. She had no problem telling me all sales are final. I always buy local first, I will travel out of town instead of buying there!

Brought my bike in to get gear shifters replaced, was initially told no problem and I was showed that they had the parts to do the repair. They kept the bike for about a week to do the repair and called stating they didn’t have the part anymore and weren’t sure when they’d get it again. I understand there’s a pandemic going on and everyone is trying to get their bikes fixed but then don’t say it’s no problem, keep the bike for a week and then cancel the repair.

Took my kids to this shop to get a new chain put on my sons bike. A older woman there was inconvenienced and said they had to much to do. My son had to walk his bike back home. She was very unprofessional. Nice shop but one person can ruin a experience.

I have had various bikes tuned up and/or repaired in the shop. Charlie is helpful, proficient and timely in his work. Recently, I purchased an adult trike. It was only in single speed. Charlie explained the brand and features. Marsha, the owner, went out of her way to arrange for a 7 speed kit to be delivered and installed on the bike. I like shopping in town when it is possible. The prices are competitive and you can’t beat the service.
