Although I haven’t received my hardwood floor yet, the experience I’ve had with them has already been a million times better than that of another flooring company. We had ordered floor somewhere else and there was an issue with delivery, I then came to Tristar and needed help as soon as possible. Both the young girl and the gentleman that work there were both so friendly and helpful. Needless to say the major issue I had prior to coming into their business, has been resolved thanks to them! Great place and great people.

I bought the most expensive water based clear coat polyurethane here. The product ended up being a complete garbage. I have to redo my floors now. I had 4 gallons of the unused product left. Came back here with the hope to at least exchange it for something else. I was told that they don't accept returns or exchanges for my water based polyurethane during winter. Avoid this place. They are more than happy to sell and recommend you the most expensive product. Once you pay and the product turns out to be garbage you are stuck with the whole unused new batch. Terrible customer service!

Vitaly the OWNER worst guy to deal with. People buy extra so they can finish the job so when you return unopened box he charges re-stocking fee which no vendor like Home Depot or Lowes do. This guy wants to get rich charging people restocking fee be aware. STAYAWAY.

Selected a Bruce engineered flooring, the promised to call me with the pricing and delivery. No response - after 2 weeks I took back their sample board, they ignored me like I was invisible

Tri Star Flooring did an incredible job on the floors in our house! Mike and team were punctual, professional, hard working and so accommodating in every way. We are SO happy with the floor quality and color - my husband and I would recommend Tri Star in a heartbeat. Mike is a great guy with a high level of integrity who followed through and delivered on all commitments and exceeded our expectations.

I want to thank Belvis - my awesome salesperson and Ray the Manager for making the experience of picking out flooring for my home, from start to finish, a GREAT ONE at Tri Star Flooring! Belvis was knowledgeable and very helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. In fact, just the opposite! Belvis gave me the information and guidance on the floor I picked including pricing and delivery info. When I was undecided on which color to go with, he wanted me to feel confident & comfortable with my choice. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the right flooring for my home. Belvis even texted me (after store hours) to see if I was happy with my decision!
Now that's real Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Tri Star for your flooring needs. They really do care about their customers. Thank you Ray and Belvis!!!
