Great company from start to finish. The salespeople know their products and help with choosing very nicely. They communicate well and show up on time. Installers are gentleman, do a great job and clean up. They won't enter the house without first putting down a drop cloth. The guys made sure we were happy with the carpet before installing and were willing to discuss anything during the process. This is a first-class place of business!

We worked with Paragon Mills, specifically Reid, to get specific floors to match our basement as we needed to replace some damaged ones. Reid was great to work with! He's very responsive to all our questions and got back to us with answers quickly. There were times he even emailed us on his day off after I got an OOO from him! We needed very specific floors that were hard to find and back-ordered. We placed the order on April 15th and they arrived in perfect condition on July 1st. There were some shipping delays since the floors were being imported but Reid kept us in the loop and followed up with the transportation team to make sure everything got to us as soon as possible. The Paragon Mills showroom is very nice and has a lot of options, I would definitely go back and look for flooring or carpet options there if I need them. I would recommend Paragon Mills and work with them again! Thank you Reid!
