When I went to Mack Camera, I felt so welcomed and was met with kindness and openness! I purchased a Fujifilm X100VI camera and so glad I got it from here! I enjoyed the conversation I had with the two staff members there, and was given such helpful recommendations and information. They offer so many different kinds of photography gear and options, and are always willing to answer any questions!! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this establishment to everyone!

Mack Camera's one of the few local shops that prioritizes photographers over scalpers. They made the conscious decision to not allow bots to purchase their inventory so that regular everyday enthusiasts can actually get gear at retail prices! Sean and Alan were really helpful and helped me secure my Fuji X100VI! Can't wait to use it, and definitely recommend Mack Camera for your photography needs.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
They are not interested in helping! My fridge broke 3 1/2 weeks ago and nothing!! I don't know why I didn't look on the reviews before I bought this warranty, I would for sure not buy it after seeing these reviews on google! they should better shape up!

This company does not honor its warranties. Our oven is out for approx. one year and we're still waiting on them to repair it. No wonder the BBB gave them an F. I wish I could rate them a zero. I know they have lawsuits pending and I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. Their business model seems like a ponzi scheme.

Total scam ! I bought a warranty for a washer and dryer from them. The washer broke after two years . They dont answer the phone promptly or return calls. After waiting on the phone for over an hour they finally pick up and offer different excuses in the end they never came down or issued a refund . The dryer broke after four years.l needed to keep on calling and waiting endlessly for them to pick up . This time they came down and said it's my fault and would only repair for a steep price . They dont honor their word to replace or repair. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experiance. I just got my camera back yesterday only to find they took it apart but left the outer lens ring loose. The screw was almost about to fall out. They said the repaired and cleaned. The camera lens was very dirty and they were suppose to actually replace a dented outer ring lens which they did not. They sent it back in worse condition than I sent it in by leaving my outer lens ring loose. You need a special tool to tighten. I am hoping to take it to Mike's camera where I bought the camera and the warranty for the fix Mack never gave. I can't believe how angry this made me. I paid $40 to have it shipped to them and got the "Diamond" warranty which was the top of the line. What a waste of money and time. I wouldn't buy a camera again from a place that only sells Mack as the only warranty option. I can't believe they are still in business and big companies like Mike's Camera support them.

Very Dishonest. They will not service their warranties.

Purchased a Mack Warranty when we bought our washing machine. Our machine broke at the beginning of January. We put in a ticket with Mack and they still have not sent someone down to fix it. It’s April and they still have done nothing. Multiple calls and messages and “promises” that someone will deal with it have went nowhere. They actually don’t care. They just don’t honor something they sold and are just delaying hoping we will go away.
