What absolutely AMAZING customer service provided by Natalie!!! I came by this facility today to see a couple units. She explained everything, gave me a detailed tour, and made this experience so much easier than I thought it would be. She is so great! Thank you, Natalie!!! This company is so lucky to have you.

I’ve been a tenant here for several years however with the pricing increases it just became undoable prompting me to downsize and find a new facility with cheaper rates. The manager Natalie reached out to me and was able to accomodate a smaller unit at an amazing price in order to prevent the hassle of going to another facility having to get a uhaul. She found a unit four Spaces down from the current unit. It was an amazing experience and Natalie’s customer service is exceptional she really goes above and beyond.

Truly the best storage experience, and I’ve had other storage units elsewhere. The property manager Natalie is absolutely incredible and treats every person’s items like they’re her own. Metro storage is so easy to work with and has many safety precautions in place so I know all of my things are safe.

Really great facility and customer service. Facility is super clean, climate controlled, and super convenient loading dock. Customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would suggest calling the actual location vs the Metro Self-Storage main number for better and quicker help. Will definitely be back as my storage needs arise!

I can’t explain how wonderful and easy the experience was at Metro Self Storage. Natalie, the property manager, was the absolute best and a pleasure to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, on top of every detail and focused on pleasing the customer. People think many self storage units are the same, but that can’t be further from the truth.
