DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! I ordered a keychain Tehillim from them TWO MONTHS AGO and never got any confirmation my order was ready for pick at the store! Few phone calls and visits to the store to check on it and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER. And when you go to the store and ask the cashier about your online order, he says the website has nothing to do with the store went on the website there’s pictures of the physical store and the address is the same!!! When placing an online order It says you could pick it up at their Teaneck store and then they tell you it has nothing to do with them! Truly believe I was scammed. They keep telling me I will check on your order, will check on your order. What’s to check? You either have it in stock or you don’t refund me it’s that simple!!! Speaking to them in person or on the phone is also a waste of time because they really could not care less!

I would give zero stars but you need to give at least one star to post a review. Placed an order and paid for it and radio silence for nearly 2 weeks. Trying to find out why I never received any confirmation or other shipment information, and I received no responses to numerous messages. And, contrary to what another reviewer was told on the phone, the website and store are not separate. The website has photos of the store and also says that items can be picked up at the store address.

I placed an order online, got confirmation, and was charged, but the tracking link was fake and the item never showed up. I have called and emailed for two months without response. When you call the store they just say sorry we are separate from the website and cannot help in any way. I am so shocked to be scammed by a Judaica website, buying a religious item as a gift for my son's Bar Mitzvah tutor. They have the worst customer service.

Ordered book online. They never shipped it and couldn’t tell me why. After several phone calls they issued me a refund, but without explaining what happened or why they charged me originally for a book they clearly didn’t have.

I'm not from Teaneck but I have to say I was super impressed about the level of service from the staff just in my case of finding a kippah that fit right. Amazing place.
