We had the pleasure of working with Shayna at the Short Hill store. From the very beginning Shayna was extremely helpful in answering all of our question, taking the time to provide materials and dimensions to review our selection at home. Her follow up was always kind, precise and with no pressure. We ended up placing an order and she demonstrated perfect organization, speedy service and extreme professionalism. She was also very helpful in coordinating a visit from the medic service to address some issues with older pieces we bought from RH. The service received from her was top notch and she will be our point person for future orders at RH. You are lucky to have her. Thank you Shayna.

More than I expected from a mall furniture store. RH has an outstanding selection of upholstery and leather for couches. Hardware of all sorts of styles and finishes. Worth a visit if seeking high end, custom furnishings (or just some inspiration)

Beautiful store with classy and timeless furniture and very helpful staff. I bought furniture for my dining room, Michelle Sohn helped me and I added few more items to my order later on. Glass cabinet is skillfully crafted with exquisite details and makes my dining room elegant. Delivery staff was very curteous and professional, they carried and maneuvered huge cabinet with extreme care. I will definitely come back to this store.

Very poor customer service. I spent 14K on my Family room furniture and am ready to spend more on the living room, kitchen, and more, but ridiculously poor customer service from this location is turning me off from RH completely. Please do not buy or visit this store at all.

Not only is their furniture and decor items wonderful, but their service is excellent!! We've purchased mirrors, bar stools, sideboards, coffee tables, desks, coat racks, rugs, etc. and we are so happy with every single item and have received many compliments on them! During our most recent move, the movers cracked one of our sideboards and the RH repair team did an excellent job repairing the item. Whenever we visit the store or contact them via phone/email, they are super responsive, informative and helpful. Highly recommend purchasing from this store!!

I recently received a table and side table from rh, while both pieces are beautifully made with high quality materials, the side table had a bit a damage; I realized this shortly after the delivery. While it wasn’t terribly large, it still caused a bit of consternation, given how my wife and I spent a decent amount of money; anyway, the customer service team is top notch, A+; specifically, Claudia Peña was able to adroitly and within an extremely short period of time solve the problem. I couldn’t be happier, and she is def an asset to the rh team. Besides solving the problem, she was extremely nice and affable during the whole experience, making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. Thank u so much, Claudia!

Want to return all my purchases and take my money back. My platform bed was not placed and assembled well. Not at all usable. Replacement requested, what we get defected and used bed!! Can’t believe that, we sent it back!! Damaged Console table was replaced by us 3 times. Dining chairs worth $4000 scratched, bumped, damaged - requested replacements. Dining table $4500 was installed very unprofessionally and legs are not fixed properly. Requested a person to fix it.

Shocked at the disgusting, arrogant, and callous attitude of the store manager Claire and incompetence of the designer Jamie. We needed furniture for a new home and they said this so-called designer Jamie was going to help us select products. This good-for-nothing designer wasted two months of our time coming up with useless and expensive suggestions. She would not listen to our feedback and behaved as if she was designing her home instead of the client's. When we asked to switch designers, the store manager, Claire, refused saying she had only one "gallery" level designer who could handle our project. She clearly was lying as there were at least half a dozen designers just hanging out doing nothing on the floor of the store. I would recommend folks to move on to other RH stores with better customer service and better product display.
