They did a good job putting together my sofa, love seat, and 2 full sized beds, first they tried to just drop the boxes off without putting items together and then someone called me me from the office stating my kids told them not to put the furniture together ( which wasn’t the truth) I had to pay an extra 100$ for box springs that I didn’t know I need I thought It was more slacks but it wasn’t , so I gave the guy the 100$ as requested once I asked for them to take the boxes with them they acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying and left the boxes in my house, that’s not cleaning up after themselves and that’s annoying having to come home from work and have to clean up after ppl( finding a place to put these big boxes) now I have to wait a whole week for these boxes to go outside to the garbage. I didn’t mind spending my money I don’t like the poor service of not taking the boxes with them, I will think twice before I go back.

I was looking to buy my furniture when I was working close to them I saw the place I was so happy to take a look and there the salesman was so patient I don’t want to by nothing yet he talk to me so nicely I make my order same day, the delivery guys the got so disappointing me for this place and not even care about the impact can cause this customer service anyway I have a few pictures people will see and ask for best delivery in the future

The best experience ever. The sales Guy Nick knew everything about each piece of furniture in the store, he was extremely helpful. They delivered the items on time, Mike & Andre assembled the furniture nicely, they did an excellent job. Thank you Family Discount Furniture. I would definitely recommend this store.

I bought living room. Bedroom and tables from them and picked up myself. have never seen anyone give deals and discounts like this location I didn't even mean to buy I just saw their clearance section outside and ended up fur using my whole bedroom and living room cuz of the amazing deals and also customer service with such professionalism

Sales representative Sahid was very helpful and actually listened to what I needed not what wanted. He was honest and didn’t ask me how much I was trying to spend like other furniture stores and I like that. He completed his mission because I end up being a very happy customer. Glib salesmen and they will find and sell you everything you ask for, but I have had very poor post sale service. They don’t answer calls and if they do, they promise to call back and respond but never do. They give you confidence that you are their most important concern while talking to you (if you can get them on the line) so they can get off the phone with you. BUT nothing after that, you can keep calling them to solve any issues or concerns with the furniture you purchased from the store with no luck.
