All of the work that my wife has brought in to have made or repaired has come out beautiful! Lost diamonds have been replaced perfectly sized. Many diamonds have been reset into rings for my wife and daughters. Diamond earrings have also been made exactly the way my wife envisioned. Since moving to Springfield from NYC in 2017, this has been my jeweler. So happy to have found them. I’ve purchased lots of pieces from the store and also some custom or custom ordered. They helped me create a custom bracelet for my sister after she beat breast cancer. They’ve also repaired pieces for me - one of which was my grandmothers ring from 1920. They are so kind, fair, and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I am the wife that was given this necklace , I did not break it , I simply unclipped it and was about to put it on my neck when the chain separated from the heart …. The word broke would indicate something by force , there was no force involved … are you in business to give the best customer service to your customers or throw around the word accountability ? It was bought yesterday, why couldn’t you just fix it to make it whole again , I am sure you have those capabilities in store ..? Thanks for ruining an anniversary gift ! All to prove who’s right or wrong ? That’s bad business in my eyes … It was $94.89 not $80!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!! I bought a silver heart necklace for my anniversary, my wife went to put it on and the chain popped off the heart ..I went back the next day showing them what happened, I asked if it could be repaired or replaced and he told me it was pulled with force and he said to me “Do you want me to take a loss for this? “
Never offered to repair or replace!!!
I can’t believe for $90 he would treat customers like that!! He wanted to charge me to fix it! I wouldn’t give them another penny and hope you won’t either!!

Excellent service. We have been customers for over three years. I purchased my wife’s 25th anniversary wedding band which was custom made by Moses. My wife loved it. Moses and staff were knowledgeable and patient. I bought my son’s cross and this past weekend another gift for his confirmation. As always Moses was amazing. Highly recommended

These guys are truly great and provide an amazing service. I’ve been going to them since 2020 buying various jewelry pieces and have always been treated with honest, sincere, and genuine service. Being a huge fan of watches, I have bought and taken many watches to them to fix or adjust and they always help me find a good size and have even repaired watches for me for a super great price. They sell amazing pieces of jewelry and are truly friendly people that want to see their customers happy. As I prepare to propose soon to my girlfriend, I can see myself buying the ring from them. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! My 18K gold chain was broken. I asked to repair my 18K gold chain. This was a simple solder job. Moses tells me to leave the chain and pickup later. this was strange to me since it was a 15 minute repair.

I had no reason not to accept Moses's remark which was" I need to clean it before I repair it".

I returned to pickup my 18K chain and to my surprise it was not my chain, but a thinner, lighter chain. They replaced my heavier change with a look alike chain.

WARNING STAY AWAY from this store!!!!!
