Crowded aisles and would probably be better simplifying their inventory a bit. Lines were long and a lot of waiting for the people doing self checkout with ton of items. Should do some smaller quantity lines for those of us getting less than 7 items. No regular kale... guess super popular in the eating at home phase. Some good deals but annoying that you need the app or website to do some of the coupons now which is annoying when you don't have a smartphone. If you don't have the app then you miss the digital deals. Specials tend to be very thin at the evenings. Go early to get those, or to a bigger ShopRite in Livingston.

The aisles are much less crowded now as the crowds only tend to come out on weekends. Weekdays end up being much lighter, this is as of March 2024. I don't like having to download their app, so you have to go to the kiosk for a specific digital coupon application.

Good quality of food, and wide variety of items other than just food. However, since it’s located on a busy road, its usually crowded and the parking lot is almost full. Self checkout can also be a headache, as it’s very sensitive with security. Overall, a good supermarket you can come to with extra appliances.

I want to commend the gentleman who gathers the shopping carts in the parking lot. Today, i opened my trunk to put my food in and i had a couple of extra bags that got blown into the parking lot from the wind. This guy stopped and grabbed one of the flying bags and also chased after the other one which was blowing away. What a great employee!

would not recommend visiting this ShopRite location. the store lacks open registers, and the staff seem uninformed about the products available. customer service is consistently unhelpful, with poor attitudes and limited availability. a big reset in management and staff would improve the store’s overall environment and provide a better experience for customers.

I never shop here unless I have to, the layout is 100% different than the RT22 ShopRite in Union and due to that it is impossible to find what you need without walking down every damn isle.

I've been coming here for almost ten years.

What I like is that the staff generally stays the same...Mohammad, Jerry, Monique, Muzhda, Eric,Jalynn, and so many other great employees I have come to know by face whom I can always depend on. This is a small and friendly store, and because of the size, you can get in and out in no time, and they more or less have the same merchandise as larger stores like Union.
