Sparta Mavis has consistently taken care of my car needs quickly and reasonably. They have replaced all my tires and have done plenty of oil changes with proper diligence. I was in an emergency situation this week at 4pm and did not have an appointment and they brought my car in, told me exactly what I needed and did just that within 24 hours. Thank you Rich, Chris and all the other guys for getting me back on the road safely and quickly!

We have been coming here for a few years since we have moved to the area. Every time we go, we are always greeted with such great customer service. I never feel like I’m being sold on something and they are always courteous and helpful. Just my most recent visit today, my daughter had gotten a nail in a tire that we just replaced a few weeks ago and they fixed it quickly and had us back up and running. I suspected I had a nail in my tire because I had been losing air since the night before. I work on an industrial site that usually has nails and other debris on the ground. I made an appointment online for the same day. I arrived & they took my car right in. Yes, I had a nail, and they fixed it right away. In and out in 20 minutes.
I have used this shop for at least the past 8 years, and I am always impressed with their amazing customer service. My family & extended family also uses them.
They are genuinely caring and considerate to their customers. I usually don't write reviews, but as a manager in a customer service field this place made such a great impression on me, I had to give them a great review. I will continue to recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Sparta.

The Maivis at 84 Main st in Sparta was the best. Staff was great and very courteous. Got me in and out very quickly. The nail that was in my tire was gigantic. Whenever I need any car service this will be the only place I go to. Thank you for your service.

I came in for a tire leak. The nice gentleman at the front desk took my information and brought my car into the shop. One of the mechanics came out 5 minutes later and showed me that I had a small screw in my tire. They fixed it, total time in and out 15 minutes! Very pleased with this service 👍
