This is one of the most talented artists around. I have been working with Nicole for several years and found her patient, willing to answer any question or concern and to go that extra mile. She is a genius at creating just the right look for whatever you have and I have had some very unusual items, some from the very early 1800s and very delicate. She has been a godsend. We have a great time together and she is willing to really give some thought to what needs to be done. She is an artist and we are lucky to have someone like this in Madison!

The owner of this shop does not know how to separate personal life from business life. She has zero communication skills and kept my work for over 3 months during the covid outbreak to only get my frame back with a non traditional matting hive with crooked corners because she thought it looked nice. Never once asked me if I wanted something custom and untraditional done, when I told her I didn’t like it and why she didn’t ask me before she did it, her response was”well I thought it looked better.” It then took her two weeks to get it fixed again. Blaming her provider but I doubt that was the issue. Please don’t use her for anything that has worth in the art industry. Very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to run a business

Nicole is the best framer that I've ever used. At some point, though she lost her ability to run a business, or care if she's inconveniencing people. She made an appointment to see me in Madison and simply didn't show up. At all. She doesn't keep to her stated hours. She works when she feels like it. Can't work with someone who wastes my time like that.

I had made an appointment with the shop owner, and I waited for over 3 hours. She called quite a while later, never apologized, and said she was doing errands. I was stunned that someone in business would treat a customer this way. Further, she tried to twist my unhappiness with her no-show as me "just having a bad day"~ so it's my fault she did not keep her word? Wow~ way to spin things!
