A GREAT PLACE to get your beverage needs ( alcohol based, beer,wine, liquor, liqueur, etc. ) try one of their many locations. Delivery orders, too!! Try ' em you'll make it the ONLY place to get your needs. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & most are able to assist you to the car, etc. ALL LOCATIONS WELL STOCKED AND CLEAN PREMISES. NOW that you read this review, what are you doing GO, try out one of their locations!!!!!!

Turned me away at 9:50pm even though the doors and internet say 10pm. He said we have to close early to “count the tills”. I said I would be quick and I’m paying with a card but he said you can’t because the tills were closed. Never had this happen here before but I guess these people can’t bothered to stay an extra 5 minutes after close to finish the cash handling. Should update your hours to say 9:45pm if you’re going to shut the doors then.

On July 7 around 8:20 me and my friends entered the establishment to grab a few things before heading over to a friends house. Once approaching the register the cashier yelled at us demanding our ids, which wasn't a problem but his tone was very demanding and aggressive. He took about 4 mins scanning and overlooking each of our ids like we were out to scam or get over when all of us are 30 and over . He was just so nasty and aggressive and I feel like it was because we were 4 black women. One of my friends deciding to ask the customer behind us if she came her often and did she this everytime she visited the store , she replied that she does come here often and this doesn't happen to her . The cashier then decided not to serve us after we explained to him we weren't Children and didn't need to be addressed as such. I've never experienced this type of treatment but it was handled with grace . But this is unacceptable and unfortunate .

Great experience. I called in asking if they had Montauk Beers in stock and the gentleman quickly checked inventory and got me an answer. I came by 20 minutes later and he had them waiting for me. Incredible

I am very disappointed in the service I received at 8:20pm on 7/7/24. The man behind the counter at liquor factory in Sparta, NJ showed nothing but attitude and discrimination. He scanned my WHOLE groups ID and when we asked a customer that comes regularly she told us that this doesn’t happen. I can see checking our ID but scanning every ID as if we aren’t over 30 is ridiculous.His attitude was unacceptable and CLEARY RACIST. We did not deserve that treatment at all. Treating us like we were going to steal is very disappointing. You should not have workers that can’t display proper customer hospitality, it makes the whole business look bad. Do better.

Very solid wine selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The shop is well laid out and has competitive pricing. The rum selections or standard but the bourbons and vodkas were well varied.

Very Large Selection! Prices are good, some lower than most places. The wine section is quite big, same with the liquor and domestic and imported beers. The craft beer section is pretty decent, having a nice variety from Voodoo Ranger, Flying Dog, Goose Island, Six Point, Stone, Rusty Rail, Sierra Nevada, Lagunitas, Dogfish head and more. I personally enjoy the 4pack releases and wouldn't mind seeing more of those, specifically from Equilibrium, Magnify, Twin Elephant, Heavy Reel and Carton Breweries. I highly recommend Liquor Factory, and if it wasn't for there Sparta location, I would have never discovered Fat Orange Cat, now one of my favorite IPA'S!
