This is standard close to the beach mall. Not a ton of stores, but better than further east. The bathrooms are in terrible shape and stay dirty all the time. Even on a day when it hasn’t been that busy. A lot of the kiosks are closed or empty.

Love this mall BUT it’s just to small ..
location: Greenville n.c is where ECU College
is HUGE and with all the people here you would think Greenville would be smart enough to remodel and in large this mall.. it would make so much money.. but what do I know .. rite..?‍↔️

Cute mall, one floor. Don't know if there is a food court. Went early, not packed again all. Met some nice people in the mall. Opens 10am. Front parking gets full quick. Enjoy

This is an old mall with some empty retail spots that make it seem a little run down. Greenville is a small town so it is not expected to have a big fancy mall, this mall is exactly what you would expect for a small town.
Nothing special, also not terrible.

This is a pretty good mall.the food court is pretty good some variety.the seats near window should allow more room to sit.not everybody skinny.i love the fact that y'all still have Spencer's and hot topic.but I do miss the fye that use to be there.

I don’t know if I’d really call this a mall. There’s a lot better stores in many of the shopping centers around town. They have a JCPenny and that’s about it. Alot of the stores are empty and the mall is really run down. There’s not a good selection of retailers. I’ve never even gone here for the stores to be honest. It’s not a bad spot if you want somewhere to walk inside when it’s hot or cold outside and don’t want to go to the gym. There’s a lot of teenagers just killing time cuz honestly there’s nowhere to really shop here. The food court isn’t much of a food court either. They have a chikfila with long lines and a noodle bowl spot that is ok. Again, most of the food spaces are empty. I’ve seen the signs for BootBarn and a sporting goods store but I’ve never bothered with them. I’ve seen much better malls in other towns I’ve lived in and you can find good malls if you drive out to Raleigh or even Cary. This isn’t the best shopping experience in town. I don’t recommend if you’re looking to window shop or even shopping for something specific. I’ve never come here to shop in the whole year we’ve been in town.
