I went to this store yesterday because I was looking for a chain for a pendant that i own. The salesperson pointed to a stack of chains on the other side of the store and said that's where the chains were. No assistance was offered even when I showed her my pendant. The store only had a few other customers and she was not waiting on anyone else. The rest of the staff was too busy rearranging tables with merchandise in the store. Really? This is your goal and not to offer assistance to customers? One of the salesperson looked right at me while I was looking at the chains but did not say a word to me. I left without making a purchase. Terrible sales assistance. I guess I wasn't making a big enough purchase for them to care. Last time I go in that store.

I wish I could give this store a zero... I really do! I walk into the store sick to my stomach unsure of how I will be treated by the staff. If not for variety and quality of the products I would never step a foot in this establishment for the rest of my life. A couple weeks back, when picking out jewelry I was immediately harassed and confused by a staff member. She repeatedly shouted yes? yes? I did not know what she meant and stood there taken aback. Once we got that sorted I asked if there was a certain type of jewelry. I was fixed with a frightening glare and audible sigh. I did not realize it would be such a hassle for some people to do their jobs. Not the first time I've had a problem and this has been the last straw. Never going back and I recommend you do not as well!

If I could give a 0 I would. I've visited the most elite gift stores in the country. It's one of my favorite hobbies. The quality of the merchandise is not there for the prices they are charging. The saleswoman was so rude to me. If the owner knew how poorly I was treated she would be fired. You're not on Worth Ave. in Palm Springs. You're in Robbinsville. It doesn't matter. I wouldn't treat a bum on the street the way I was treated.

Great store for Pandora jewelry. Rather than standing in a corral in the mall, you get helped at a counter and treated like a valued customer. Friendly staff and a clean store with lots of cool products. We will be back.
