I had my nails done. The guy cut my cuticle while filing the nail. My skin started to itch a couple of days later, was swollen, and turned dark. I thought it was an allergic reaction to something I touched. I returned 3 weeks later, and the guy who did my nails clipped a piece of my skin on the same finger, and it started to bleed. My cuticle turned darker, and when I squeezed it, pus came from under the skin where he cut the skin. They need to clean the equipment after each use. I returned to remove the acrylic. The nail is hard, still swollen, and hurts when you touch it. I showed it to the lady at the desk, and she dismissed me by saying she didn't know who did my nails while not looking at the nail and on her phone. After insisting that the equipment was not clean, she apologised, but in the meantime my finger is still swollen. I would never go back there again.

Went for a polish. To be honest, as much as I hate to give a one star review, I have to. The girl that did my nails made sure she took her fair tip before giving me the change.l which I thought was disrespectful. She basically tipped herself. I showed her a smudged area and she said that there is nothing much that she can do. This is the outcome after sitting at the dryer to make sure it dries according to the instructions that she gave me. Honestly, this is not worth it. Poor quality. I don’t want to go back for a re-do because I don’t want to waste my time because someone did not feel like doing the work properly. PS. The photos were litterally an hour after I left the salon.

Anya is the best. She is patient and creative and SO good at her job. I started coming here after a horrible experience at my old salon, and they were able to fix the most atrocious set of nails I’ve ever seen without charging me an arm and a leg. Everyone that works here has been so friendly, and the pricing is definitely reasonable. It’s a no-frills kind of place but if you want high-quality nails that will last, this place is for you.

So everything about this experience was so awesome in fact it was like magical. I cried yes real slow tears. From start to finish. I made my appointment 24hours in advance. I called about 3hours before my appointment to see if I could possibly be seen earlier. To my surprise I was accommodated. Grateful. My nails were way past due. Let me add this was my first visit. I entered the salon it was sanitizer and things there of course a sink to wash your hands if desired and yes masks were worn. Hunni my nail tech jimmy was magnificent he took his time and mastered my crazy nail shape request and color idea. That shape work was marvelous as I must maintain short nails for work. Who said you can’t be stylish with short nails. My only is was the polish selection which let me add is a 7 out of a 10. Who doesn’t love glow in the dark nails. Shyt even the mates do. So I opted for the glow in the dark color.

They always do a great job. Very clean, very friendly. I feel like I'm home when I'm there. They take the time to get to know you. Always calls everyone by their first name. I absolutely love love this nail salon. I live in groveville but will travel to east windsor to get my nails done here. It's my salon

this place runs like a mini daycare with kids running all around. Workers also rush their work and have the audacity to tell you that you should tell them in the process when you don’t like something meanwhile they are the nail tech & can see when something doesn’t match up to the other hand. Also hides fees and tax you at the end , booo ! I had one broken nail she charged me far and one nail wasn’t broke , she did not have to redo the whole nail but just add a small amount of acrylic and she charged me and extra 5 dollars . What should’ve been $45 ended up being $60 .

where was this stated on your price board for shaping each time is $5 and a broken nail is $5 ? i only knew about shaping fee because i went from square to almond the first time which is understandable! my total today was 57.00 . 35 for refill and 10 for french ( which dont go to anya because there is multiple inconsistencies throughout her french and each one will look different ) = $45 you say you charged one broke nail (which i did have) so then my total would be $50 .. so where did the additional $7 come from because the 4% card tax is not 7 dollars i was told my total was $55 meaning i was charged $5 for an additional broken nail WHICH WAS NEVER BROKEN. I was also told id be given a call back pertaining to the fixing of my nails and it’s been over three hours and no call back . you have my number you can return the call which i was told would be returned … the last line “ it’s not your first time in here and you still have questions about pricing. “ is very shady and rude . it’s my third time and i’ve came for the same thing each time and the price kept getting higher and higher for a refill and french , so yea i still do have questions . 😂
