I've been renting here for a couple years now and like to have a place to stay when I'm in the area for work. The apartments have gotten much better over the past 12 months. They installed new AC units, and they refurbished the apartment I'm now renting. The rent on the new unit is higher, but they did a great job getting it up to where I'm much more at home. The location is also very convenient.

The worst condo in East windsor. The apartments are not 100% in adequate condition. the cracked floors are covered with new carpets but the floors are useless. There are rodents. The administration does not work in favor of the community. When you file complaints in the office they do not take you into account and if they answer you with shouts and they lock your phone. Very disappointed in the place.

Worst place to live so far at the town. There’s so much humidity at the apartment that creates mold all around the place. “Maintenance” gets into the apartment without letting anybody knows. Can’t be in contact with the owner & office doesn’t fix anything.
There’s roaches in almost all of the appartments.

Excellent location. Apartments are great if you keep them nice. When I moved in everything was pretty much new, AC unit, flooring, kitchen, rugs, paint, etc.

I would never live here or do business with the owners. If you can't bothered to even be polite to the people trying to rent a dirty little apartment and willing to pay your overpriced rent then you don't deserve any patronage.

Lady in the office is very rude. She should get fired as there have been many people complaining inlcuding me about her nasty attitude. Not acceptable!!

Extremely unprofessional, the lady in the office hung up on me, I tried getting the owners number and she wouldn’t give it to me or tell him to call. Communication is terrible. No one has direct answers to anything. Super unprofessional!
