Terrible, waited two weeks for range hood to arrive and paid for install recommended by AJ Madison. The installers arrived and said they don’t install that type of hood ever, so we waited two weeks for nothing. On top of that the item was damaged.

Do not buy from this company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought the highest end speed queen washer, dryer set and it showed up six weeks later with a dent on the top of it. Driver told us to take a picture and he would submit a picture and they would take care of it. Now it’s been three weeks and they’re telling us we will have to pay to have a new top put on our brand new washer and we should not have accepted the product. Also, it stopped working last week, and we had to research ourselves on how to make it work. Absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Do not buy

Friendly people,overnight parking OK. Also some parking available on Access Road, just don’t block any driveways. Early in the morning they work on local drivers first. Don’t park in any dock doors until you check in and speak to someone. Decent restroom available. Hope this helps. Be safe out there.

Bought Electrolux gas dryer.
AJ Madison Salesperson forgot to advise to get the install kit.
First delivery, the team would not install.
Waited a week to get install kit.
Team came back out and installed but dryer was defective.
AJ Madison coordinated with an appliance repair company (rather than expedite getting me something new).
Still not fixed.
Haven’t had a dryer for weeks and paid for a brand new dryer, delivery etc.
They made their money and provided me a lemon.
Nobody contacting me regularly with updates.
Doesn’t feel like there is any urgency on AJs part to make it right.
I have called multiple times but nobody is apologetic or taking responsibility. All I hear is “we get it straight from the manufacturer.”
If that’s the case, why work with AJ Madison at all?
I expected quality service.
Will not be using AJ Madison again in future and caution all of you to beware.

AJ Madison has proven themselves to be one of, if not the, least professional business I’ve ever worked with.

On October 1st, my wife and I ordered a washer dryer from them for approximately $1700. She listed weekends and afternoons for potential delivery times. A few days later they said they were about to deliver the item. It was Monday at 10 am. We are both full time teachers and were (as most people are, at that time) at work.

We’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to reschedule a delivery. They will not deliver past noon. They would not deliver any time on a Wednesday when I had the entire day off from work.

Worse still, this company is evasive and completely unreasonable to contact. We’ve emailed with them approximately 8 times. They’ve sent 3 responses. We’ve called upwards of 10 times, and only gotten through once. I’ve called at 4 pm on a Thursday “During regular business hours” and been told “to email or call back”. The only time I was able to speak with a human (after waiting 35 minutes on hold) the line immediately went blank after I expressed my complaint.

When we requested a refund (we still don’t have the appliances, they were never delivered) they have charged us a “30% restocking fee.” We are out almost $500 for a product we literally never saw, or were offered any flexibility around receiving.

Again, this has been an unbelievably frustrating and unjust interaction. I am completely disappointed with AJMadison.

Stay away!! Don't make the same mistake I did. Their sales rep, Solomon Lewis, is a liar. I ordered a $13,000 stove. Solomon convinced me to purchase the additional $500 warranty and he would cover the additional installer it would take to get my stove inside since it is so heavy. What I got was a drop off outside of my garage when I wasn't there. AJ Madison is impossible to get on the phone and most of the time it is busy. I had to pay their trucking company an additional $200 to have it brought inside just for them to cancel on me FOUR TIMES! Three weeks after delivery, it is still in my garage. I have tried contacting anyone at AJ Madison to return it but I spend hours on wait if I can even get through just for them to tell me to put it in writing and someone would be in touch.

If you’re in a OTR truck you come third place when you come here to unload. Straight trucks and day cabs come and go. Takes forever to unload. I believe they plug in and test all the units one by one.

One of the best places to buy appliances online. Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable sales staff. (I spoke to Eli, he was GREAT, so friendly and knowledge and a pleasure to work with). Definitely recommended this place for all appliance needs. They also have a great white glove delivery company with excellent delivery service as well.
