I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I visited the store on Sunday and I bought a lot of shoes and I requested them without boxes. Everyone was very kind and helped me. When I got back home I noticed that a pair of them were different I went back on Monday night to try and change them so the manager came with a bad attitude saying it was impossible to return or change because it was without a box when they themselves helped me to do it.. the cashier was trying to helping me but the manager seemed uninterested in assisting me. I was given vague answers when I spend a lot of money the day before. I was made to feel like I was being a hassle. I ended up leaving the pair of shoes I bought there. Losing money just because she didn’t want to even try and give me a solution I will not be coming back. There are much better shoe stores out there that value their customers.
I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience

The outlet is located inside the Jersey Shores Premium Outlet. The store was pretty big and had a lot of options in terms of design and sizes as well which is the main problem I face at the other city stores. The store was pretty crowded as the discounts were pretty good, there was about 25-30% off on most of the item's. This is the perfect time to restock all your active wear for the winter season. It was a good experience.

On August 8th, 2023 around 7:50 PM, I called looking for compression shorts before having to drive 30 miles there. The person I spoke with placed me on home to go look, though they didn’t have any, he looked in availability at other locations for me without me asking then gave me the option for online as the best bet. I wish I got his name because he was very welcoming and helpful.

Store was a bit smaller than I had hoped. They didn't have much of a women's selection. Half the women's side of the store was mixed with children's sizes and the other half of the store was mens. They had some decent sales though and a bit more to chose from than what I've been seeing lately in any sporting goods store. Overall worth the trip to check it out.

We had a bad experience on our last visit. We had to look for an employe to unlock a cabin so we can try some clothes. We did find some deals. We had to wait to pay. One item didn't had a price tag and it took four employes to find the price. We left the store and we rang the alarm at the door. We tried each of our bags one by one and the alarm didn't ring. One employe quickly check our purchases and we left. Several hours later, we discovered an antitheft device on one piece of cloth. I cant go back to the store because we are not from town and made à special trip just for that. Not the best experience.

Drove 30 mins to this store to try to buy shorts. This store and also the gloucester twp store literally cater to fat ppl. All of their sizes are xxl and xl. Literally not 1 small in most of the colors/styles. It's been this way for years, it's not a one time thing either where they are out of stock.
