Matt and Austin were knowledgeable and very helpful. I actually returned to shop again for the second time, after leaving in search for “better deals” I did not find any, also my husband and I felt very comfortable shopping at your store. We recommend it and will return again!

The Quicksilver/Roxy store in Tinton Falls was wonderful. Mel, the manager at the store, was fabulous! She was incredibly kind, personable, informative, and unbelievably helpful. She took care of the issue I had with a past purchase from another location, and also helped me with an alternate solution that I didn’t even think was possible. It’s rare to encounter someone who will go above and beyond for customers, think outside the box to establish solutions, and create outstanding customer experiences. Thank you, Mel, for being you! Quicksilver is so fortunate to have such an amazing manager in their company! I look forward to shopping at the Quicksilver Tinton Falls store again….it’s an hour away, but with outstanding customer service like Mel provided….it is definitely worth the trip! 🙂

I recently shopped at this store and was helped by Nick. He went out of way to find me the products I was searching for and created an outstanding customer experience.
The store is clean and well organized and staff members like Nick have been trained to cater to customer’s needs. Hats off to the manager as well for training your staff and taking great pride in your work.

I contacted this store because I live nearby but purchased a great Quik Silver t-shirt at the Universal Studios location. The associate I spoke to in Florida (Matt) told me to ask for Melissa at this location. I did and she immediately came to the phone. We talked about the type of shirt I was looking for and she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She suggested I text a photo of my shirt to her to help and she was incredibly responsive and troubleshot with me. It was a fantastic experience. Customer service was beyond the gold standard and I would highly recommend this store (and Mel) to anybody. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!
