This Lacoste store is much nicer than the one in Elizabeth jersey gardens, I rather drive farther out to come here than to go there. The associate Tia was very helpful,personable as well as being honest by letting me know what deals was goin on. I bought 2 jackets from there some collar shirts,sweaters,sweatshirts instead in Jersey Gardens they don't have nothing or not my size which I'm xl.everything I wanted to buy they didn't have my sizes for.

Sadly went I got to the store a paper on the door says that is gonna be close for 1hr. When I asked on of the guys they said they are having lunch… I have been waiting 30 minutes and another person asked and they told her one more hour. This is unacceptable

Tia and Andy are the best. They take care us very well, professional and very friendly to all the customers. They deserve a raise for an outstanding customer service. My wife and I have a great experience everytime we come here. Thank you both.

One star because the employee was kind. They were out of everything, size was only extra small and/or 2XL. Literally abysmal. Do not recommend this one. Recommend going to Broadway in NYC.

Covid changed Greetings to harassment I will never return

*This is the Only outlet store requiring masks on customers and did not have them available for customers. It is now September 2021 and im vaccinated. This was totally unnecessary and dumb. I will never spend a dollar on that brand going forward. It did seem as if this was only in this location, not a single customer inside the “store” pathetic.*

I had the most disrespectful and inappropriate experience today at Lacoste. The manager (Jihad Peoples) handled the situation in a very unprofessional way. It all started with his associate shouting at my brother when he respectfully was asking for pricing and sizes. It’s a great store but horrible staff.
