On 3/8/25 my husband and I went to the outlets on our 25th anniversary in the evening, not too long before closing. This was the last store we'd gone in. There we met with the amazing Chris and Daisy! They both had such cool vibes and were very helpful, welcoming and chill. They told me about the sales, helped with some questions I had and I cannot recommend them or this store higher! Big sister hugs you guys! Stay awesome!

Great and friendly staff. Nice selection of clothes and shoes. Great prices today om special items. Nice central location in the outlets. Plenty of free parking. Quick service at the registers too. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

This company is not customer friendly their customer service in claims management is beyond reachable! There is no one who ever writers or calls you back!

I had accident few months ago in their locations in Jerseys Shore Premium outlets. Metal frame showing a price had fallen from a shelve and landed with sharp edge on my feet, my boot was damaged completely not talking about huge pain in foot!
I had few approach with store manager and was contacted with area manager John Merrill who promise to handle it.
He never emailed or called me back when I try to contact him.

This is terrible how they are treating customers, worst experience ever!!

Nice store, but they don't carry women's steel toe, which was what I needed. Staff was helpful though and reminded me to size up half a size if i order them online.
