This store has absolutely poor management. We at least 24 people coming out of the store in the last 20 minutes and they let no one in. The sale reps are just standing around doing nothing and chatting. The store is completely empty. Terrible shopping experience.

If you thinking about coming to the store, I’m going to give you a heads up. I was waiting online almost an hour and 10 minutes.. the store is empty. I don’t know why they create a line to go in. You have little kids and families waiting outside in the cold standing up. this is the only store in the outlet that’s doing this it’s ridiculous. I didn’t buy nothing. The only reason why I stayed in line because I wanted to take pictures and show you guys how empty the store is. every weekend when you come here they have a line. if you want to save time, go somewhere else.

Make people stand outside in the cold to have an artificial line to look busy. Store is open and they have 25 people in the cold. What are you doing in there.

Edit. Once you get into the store there's like 10 people working but one person worth working. The register. When someone gets the register and they need something, everyone stops what they're doing and waits for that person to go pick out new shoes. They don't advance the line. They don't ask for the next person. Waste of everyone's time

I have been a retail manager for over 20 years. I drove here today to buy 4 pairs of boots. I was at another Ugg outlet yesterday but didn’t buy because they didn’t have all the sizes. One of the boots was marked at 40% off yesterday vs. this location had it at 30% off. I kindly asked the manager if they would honor the price as I was buying 4 pairs. Without even thought, “No, sorry I cannot”. That is so unbelievable to me to let $500 sale walk out the door. You won’t give the additional $8 off and lose the sale? No concept of customer service. Date of visit was 12/15, female manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful.

I purchase from Ugg all the time… this store and phone customer service had no answers for me when I asked why my transaction never attached to my Ugg account. They don’t take Apple Pay. So they imputed my information on an iPad and they said that not all transactions get linked that way.
I find that highly unprofessional in a big company such as Ugg cannot find a solution to this problem.

I try to fill out a survey but I couldn’t. This store is very clean and organized. Everyone was very nice specially Maureen. She was very patient and courteous. She took the time to answer all our questions. I would recommend this store for their great prices and the employees exemplify customer service.

Check your REFUND immediately before leaving store..

I have returned Kids Classic II boots with Transaction ID 3420 on 31-Dec-2024 at 3:06 PM EST (for amount $81.00), but still the amount was not returned to my card.. Reached out to same store (No:10009), and Store Mgr asked me to call the bank, instead of verifying / validate from their side
Either it might be CitiBank issue for "not showing" my refund transaction amount as pending on my account (or) Store Sales person might not authorized the transaction. Suspecting the latter one..

Some girl dressed homeless in sloppy flannel and sloppy hair closed the door on me at 753 and laughed saying it’s policy. YIKES. I’ll keep spending my money elsewhere.
