I love lucky brand jeans. They're all I wear. Great quality. The last two times visiting this location, the older blonde woman had a nasty attitude. I know people have bad days, but come on you're in the customer service field, ACT like you like it or stay behind the register,as I never asked for your assistance. The other lady working yesterday was great though. She offered to go to the back to look for a specific color and size I was looking for and was willing to help me and my friend with suggestions. If she was the face I was greeted with every time I go in, it would be 5 stars!

Incredible staff so kind and uplifting, the women who helped me picked so many cute pairs of jeans for me to try, unfortunately I couldn’t buy them all!! But they did help me find a new favorite pair!!! Thank you ladies for helping me feel so confident 🙂

Very poor customer service. I went in to return jeans that didn’t fit properly (received them as a Christmas present) I presented the receipt to the cashier, and was told that, because they were purchased a little less than two months ago that they could not be returned (not even for a store credit). The cashier then told me, “there is nothing I can do.” As I am in the customer service business, I know that this is something you NEVER say to a customer. I normally spend a lot of $$ at this place. No more (unless they learn how to treat their regular customers better).

Weird experience. Everyone at the store was incredibly friendly. Joan, the cashier, was asking everyone making a purchase if they would like to leave their name and email address for an additional 10% off. Heard this while I️ was shopping, trying items on and when I️ had to walk back because my security tag wasn’t disabled (she was asking the people checking out after me). She offered this to every customer except for me. Not exactly something anyone would like to have happen to them. Extremely disappointing because I love their stuff.

Jeans fit perfectly and their t-shirts are so very soft I should have purchased more while I was there. The sales person actually helped me find what I needed and set up a dressing room for me while I gathered items in the store. Great customer service!
