I’m a perfume/cologne collector and I shape change to a kid in a candy store while getting into a shop that sells it.

This shop is an outlet shop and they didn’t disappoint me when it came to deals and collections. The first sign of a good business is when they involve themselves in the shopping experience and not stay far from you. I’m surprised that this place has mixed reviews for the exact same experience, though on the downside.

We were promptly greeted and explained what deals are going on for the day. I couldn’t remember the name of the store manager who was on duty but he was very patient with us trying out different colognes and gave us options based on the notes we asked for.

We got ourselves a Jimmy Choo, Fujiyama, 3 AM, Vanille Persuasive, Gloss and #Hashtag. All these colognes and perfumes have good fragrance that stays and the price deal was real as we compared them online with some other premiere sellers.

Staff was very helpful and patient in helping us select a cologne. Tried at least 20 different scents. Also, had some promotions on so got some free gifts with purchase. Overall has a nice selection. There are lots of perfume stores in this outlet and we liked this one.

Terrible service I was in the store this Sunday they attended me without any enthusiasm and were mocking all the time when I asked once again to try a perfume. I really never witnessed another service as bad as this store. completely dissatisfied and sad.

I went in recently to buy a lot of perfumes for gifts to give back in India and we were being helped by Samira. She was rude and unprofessional, kept rolling her eyes which made my wife and I very uncomfortable. Left and will not be going back there!!

If I could leave a 0 I would terrible service I’ve ever experienced I had an issue with some payment issue I explained the situation to both negligent and inexperienced sales associates one who claimed to be “ the store manager “ who was giving me a hard time after HER worker let someone use my EMAIL and luckily they didn’t use my points WORTH OF ACTUAL MONEY even when explaining the situation to the manager she was so clueless and contradicting with her self and didn’t want to give me my money back she asked for a receipt & card to be bought back in order for me to get my money back which I BOUGHT TO THE STORE WITHIN 5 MIN and she was more worried about my tone which I don’t care cause she took it as yelling then yes I was yelling over my 351 dollars & my email she let someone use finally after going back and forth ON A MISTAKE HER AND HER IGNORANT WORKER authorized she gave me my money back anyways be aware super inexperienced & clueless on how to address these issues !!!!!!!!!!!!

The prices are good. But, I don't like the way the store employees dealt with our purchase.The store had a free tote bag offer and when we asked for an extra tote bag on a order of 20+ perfumes amounting to $450, they refused to give us one. The explanation was that they'd give only one tote bag. We asked him to split the order so he could give one per order, then he says only one tote bag per family (what the heck). It was a cheap tote bag and we wanted one just so the paper bad didn't rip before we got to the parking lot. It is a small thing but thats what made it a bad experience.
Also on this big a purchase they didn't even mention the rewards program.

5 star for Jessica who not only took the time to listen to what I or a diff personality would like but explain and accommodate my needs. Ended up buying 3 great perfumes as gift. There was another person who left and I couldn’t ask his name. Both know what they are doing, Store is in good hands 😊 1 star reduction for lack of perfumes in certain brands
