In December, we were assured by Adisa at Landmark that Tony would wire us funds for past due invoices. As of today we have never received these funds. During this time, they attempted to sub contract us to perform a store closing and cross country move, of which I am sure they had zero intention of paying us if services were rendered. They are low life, criminals and we will never work with them again.

We are still waiting to get paid. Have sent several emails and called several times. Even spoke with Adisa and was assured we would get paid, but nothing. We did the work we were contracted to do back in July. Isn't it right that they pay us for our work? It may not be a huge amount of money to some people, but for a small company like ours $2,963.25 is a good amount.

I did two flooring projects in the Philadelphia area for Landmark Retail and have been fighting for 3 months to get paid. They owe me 200K and so far they have only paid me $4,500.00. I call John Spence and Tony both daily and neither answers their phone. I call the office and it is an endless loop of voice mail recordings. I would obviously never do another project for John and Tony again and I would not advise anyone else to do work for this kind of contractor. These are the kind of actions that give General Contractors a bad name.

Unfortunately as one of your subs we have had major issues getting paid for work that has been accepted and complete for some time. Reaching out on this channel in hopes that you can get a message to one of your principals to contact our office ASAP as phone calls and emails are going unanswered for months. We hope to hear from someone soon!

UPDATE: Just thought I’d update that it’s been another 7 months and we are yet to receive our final payment that we agreed to a lower payment just so we can close out the project. Beware this may be one of the worst contractors you could work for!

We are another contractor that doesn't get paid. We stopped mid way through the construction process to get paid. they caught up. the owners rep even said they were paid and no return phone calls from Jon or Tony.

Contractors beware - they don't pay and they don't care! Tony Pizza is a shady, spineless "CEO" who doesn't have the decency to respond to any correspondence. Do not do work for these crooks.
