My husband ordered the birthday ones for my birthday ,we had never heard of this company so if we ordered chocolate covered strawberries it was from Sherries berries ,we though they were so good ,well my husband thought he had ordered these from there but now we are glad there was a mix up and he had actually ordered them from here ,They are the best i have ever had!!! The strawberries have so much flavor and are so juicy the Belgain chocolate ,oh my goodness was so good ,This was a great birthday gift ,The gift box they come is is so cute ,Everything about this was absolutley Amazing ,If we could we give more then 5 stars Super satisfied customer and recipient ,Thank you !!!!!

After having personal experience working with Chocolate Covered Company for my bridal shower and wedding, I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of their incredible products and service for any/all of your events. My bridal shower guests couldn’t stop at one strawberry (good thing we got extras) and our wedding guests kept asking if they could take extra boxes of Oreos because they were so delicious! I also did not want a typical wedding cake topper, so the company worked with us to create customized bride and groom cake pops for the top of our cake. Not only was it the perfect touch I was looking for, but they were incredibly tasty! This company went out of their way to make sure the products were exactly what we wanted presentation wise, that delivery was on time, and that we/our guests were extremely happy.

TERRIBLE!! AWFUL!! TRASH!! I am so disappointed. I paid $70 for these strawberries, SEVENTY, and they look like garbage!! The stems are wilted and brown, the chocolate is sloppy, the stems are in the chocolate, they’re falling apart, they couldn’t even clean the excess chocolate off the bottoms. I ordered them off a website called Gold Belly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP OR GOLD BELLY. This is $70 in the trash. I should’ve just ordered from edible arrangements. These are DISGUSTING. I want a refund. Pic of what I was supposed to receive versus what I did.

I received the milk chocolate strawberries as a gift. They were so delicious, the chocolate was devine and loved the sweet strawberries with that scrumptious chocolate. I'm so glad to have received this gift.❤️

My family loves Chocolate Covered's products (I'm a huge chocolate covered pretzel fan myself)! But I also wanted to say that as a supplier to the company helping them take care of their trash, we are thrilled that they always pay their bills in a timely manner.

I recently ordered a small, three-tiered gift tower. Although the picture showed Oreos, pretzels, and pralines, the website does state that substitutions may occur. Instead of the pralines, my friends received graham crackers. I ordered it early on a Wednesday morning, it shipped from New Jersey later that night, and was delivered to my friend in California the following day by mid-afternoon. Packaging was good enough to withstand the summer So Cal heat and the products were delivered with expected quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

My husband's son and daughter sent him chocolate covered strawberries and cookies for Father's Day. They both were absolutely awesome. The strawberries were large and firm. The chocolate was incredible. The cookies were wonderful. Great job, great company. BTW, we live in Texas and it was 100 +. Everything was great!

Ordered a birthday gift for my mother and specified delivery for the day of her birthday. The package was delivered a week earlier than requested (not the worst thing, but don't expect timely delivery). She took out the first chocolate covered strawberry and noted it was oozing and half rotten (“brown colored”). Four of the other strawberries had mold in the berry stems and there was discoloration in the chocolate from the leaky juice. Customer service ignored me (I waited two weeks before writing this review to give them a chance to make it right). Awful product and awful service. Go anywhere else if you want a chocolate covered treat.
FOLLOW-UP: The company did follow up several days after writing this review. To their credit, they apologized, refunded the cost, and sent a replacement. Even though it was quite late, my mother still loved the replacement. Hopefully the original mistake was a one-time hiccup in their service
