Two stars for the check out experience. Every time we go there is consistently a very long line because there is only about two registers open. I understand there has to be employees on the floor. However When a manager comes out and sees there is a line and just goes back in the office we have a problem. Suggestions would be to have managers open up for 10 15 minutes to get lines down. Take returns and exchanges to a separate register. Or have cashiers alert management to a Long line. Have another employee take off tags or go back to get a price. Customer's if you want to leave your items and walk out I wouldn't blame you.

Needing a variety of clothes in an unfamiliar area near Totowa, ran across Formans Mills just off a turnoff of rt 46.
The store was large and filled end to end with a large selection from name brands to deeply discounted items.

E.G. 3pr. Good quality no name sweat pants for 14.00. 6 long sleeve tees for 14.00 or 2.98 each.

Other products similar to department stores like Kohl's. Shoes and coats children's needs and holiday stuff, towels etc. Neat and organized, clean with stock well kept.
Even the parking lot was easy in and out and convenient.

Staff was wonderful. Helpful, friendly,

I will stop here again.

Didn't have much on big and tall items, such as shirts. But I managed to find some denim and cargo shorts. Also a nice polo shirt. Like the commercial says " IT'S FORRRRRMANNNNNN MILLLLLSSSS"

Does anybody ever clean this store? Fitting room is super dusty, dirty, and smells like piss. Bathroom is filthy. Clothes on racks are dusty and dirty. Like c'mon. It's like extremely dirty. Obviously keeping a clean store has been neglected for a long time. Is there even a janitor on payroll? Even my kids remember it being so dirty in the past and it hasn't changed. I will not be going back to this store. 🤢

Okay, my only issue is that I think they should remodel the store now, it's been years since I have seen it like this, at least paint it or change the sign or something, that way it can captivate more customers to help with the store's sales...

I've been going to this store for so long & I think it's time to leave a review. Cashiers are always rude, disrespectful, and curse in front of kids. It's sad to see the managers allow it in front of their face and don't address it.. No one greets you upon arriving to the register, they just hit you with the "Phone #" with such attitude. It is sad & discussing... I have so much to say..
I will no longer continue shopping here.
