I have been a loyal viewer of NBC television programs for over half a century. I have watched and still watch CNBC programs to stay informed. However, I have become very disappointed with several of your journalistic contributors over the years. I am retired and I am a successful longtime investor. On you show "Squawk on the Street", today, Wednesday, February 28, 2024, Jim Cramer, suggested that Medicare was useless and was not accepted by medical providers. He went on to suggest everyone just use their American Express card as he does. His quip does not qualify for any dignified response. I think he has now revealed his real aptitude. May be a good time for reconsideration of his engagement with NBC.

Turning to garbage quickly. Now they are showing Access Hollywood makeup commercials/deals commercials. Do they have no clue who the audience is It's as much a CNBC as GoogleTV issue...guess any commercial that pays, plays...... volume now is set to Zero!

Jim Cramer is so RUDE to his fellow coworkers. Everyday he is so rude to David & constantly corrects him & interrupts him.He will even criticize David’s clothing & brag about the name brands he wears, who cares? Today Sarah is on & of course, Jim is there correcting everything she says. She tried to speak about a documentary about a project she is working on & will air on Nov 16 & Jim interrupts her & says something about Mad Money.
I don’t know how David & Sarah put up with him. I know that’s what they’re suppose to do but who needs that aggravation at the beginning of their day?

I find that CNBC is totally one-sided. The station is a unfactual news network and based more on negative feelings and negativity in general with no truths. Yellow Journalism at its best. I do not think I have ever heard or seen a newscaster smile, laugh and look happy. This is a miserable dishonest news station with hatefilled intentions. I would suggest that the formate change to be more diverse,
rounded , truthful, unbiase and pleasant.

The new graphics are difficult to read based on the color of the fonts and so much movement from the banner and changing info of the various indexes. Imo, the banner should be blue background w/white fonts. The orange fonts on white do not have enough contrast and are not easily read. Having the indexes off to the right reduces the conflict of motion with the running banner. Hope you will consider making some changes. Thanks.

Burned me with Auto Renew! Jim Cramer and CNBC send far too many emails and I missed the warning that they were dipping into my credit card for another year's subscription. Complained to customer service hopelessly. Blocked and deleted. Good riddance!

Update: The FireTV app seems to be working better now for a while, so that is good. The "owner's" response is not relevant to my review. Additionally, the channel seems to be getting significantly more left biased every single day. Thank goodness they haven't cancelled Joe Kernen, yet.
Original: Their FireTV app via Cox cable sign in doesn't work well, and hasn't worked well in a couple years. Continually cuts out and you have to reset and restart each time. Although they are better than most media, CNBC is clearly signals their own political, social and environmental biases via their reporting, commentary, opinions, and advertising.

Arrived in Charlotte on 29 Sep @ 3:40pm on an American Airline flight. I walked into your CNBC Express and looked around, but I didn't purchase anything. I walked by again, and I threw something in the trashcan that was in front of the store. An African-American employee, who said his name was Michael, told me that I couldn't use that trashcan. I asked why not, being it was in front of the store. He told me that it was for employees only. I told him that it was open to the public and travelers if it was in front of the store. He got an even bigger attitude and was swearing as I was walking off, and I told him I'd notify his employer of his attitude and conduct. He continued swearing as I walked off, saying that he didn't care. Please review the camera footage if you need more proof. That being said, CNBC, you need to do some house cleaning in this store. I've seen similar comments on here, and I'm not sure if anything has been done about any of it. This employee needs to be reprimanded, and if this continues, he should be terminated. If you need anything else, please let me know. The image is where they moved the trashcan after this incident.
