If I could give zero stars or a half I would. I purchased what I thought was a beautiful set at FortunoffsBYS 4 years ago almost to the day. Its been very well maintained and under a covered porch.
Last year I noticed a bit of cracking in the (plastic) wicker area. This year it has fallen apart so bad that I can't even have my grandbabies out there as they will get hurt and try to swallow thee pieces that are falling off.

I've emailed Fortunoff's CS and submitted a request online. Next will be an attorney if I don't hear back soon.

First we checked on line and then we stopped by the store where they had the chairs we were considering. Karen gave us a quote and we waited to make a final decision. Later that day we called Karen and purchased the 2 chairs and table. Friendly and helpful is how I would describe the staff.

Gazebo in picture is not from Fortunoff, however the furniture below are all from Fortunoff. Unique patio furniture and great quality of items! We also got free delivery for all the items and they were very quick and prompt with delivery. I wanted to give 4 stars originally for the sales staff, but redemption by our salesperson, Nassib.

Nassib went above and beyond in his service, however, the other staff members ignored us and did not help when we entered the store. Give the hardworking Nassib a bonus for being extremely helpful and helping us get our hammock from the store to our house!

Great experience at the Fortunoff Backyard store last week. We had Nassib help us and he couldn’t have been nicer! He helped us with all our decisions and helped us take advantage of a sale that we didn’t know was going on! I highly recommend a visit to the store. They were also starting to put out beautiful Christmas decorations when we were there in the beginning of October so it’s not just a backyard furniture store!
