I recently visited IMAGE HEADQUARTERS BOUTIQUE and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While the store offers some lovely items, I was taken back by the owner’s unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency regarding store policies. Nowhere on the website does it clearly state that exchanges or store credits are not offered, which caused confusion when I tried to return an item.

Instead of addressing the issue calmly and professionally, the owner responded in a very rude and unhelpful manner. I was shocked to see her post passive-aggressive comments about customers on Instagram, which only added to my frustration. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here.

Additionally, the overall work etiquette seemed lacking, and it’s disappointing to see such poor professionalism in a small business. I will not be returning or recommending this boutique based on my experience. Ladies save your money she comes of genuine but once she receives that purchase she can care less about your concerns on wether you’re satisfied or not

I will NEVER buy from this place again. I ordered a dress online for my birthday and ordered a small. They had the nerves to send me a Medium. I wrote them twice requesting a refund, I contacted them on their website never responded, sent them an email never responded. To the point I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. I feel like they did it on purpose because there’s no way you could mistake a S for a M. It was probably the only size left and sent it to me on purpose because they didn’t want to do a refund as it state on their website they only do store credit but it was THEIR FAULT. And I know they seen their email because they literally post every single day on Instagram promoting their brand. Something that was weird to me they call themself image headquarters boutique and their tag said miss circle.

Came here once to get my lashes done and it was the worst experience. Owner was very loud and ghetto, I was getting my lashes done so I expected a more peaceful setting. All the workers there (hair,nails,lashes ) were never professional in my opinion and owner was a bit rude as well

Looked this up just now so that I could confirm store hours as I’m on my way right now. This isn’t really my thing to put reviews, but felt like I had to given these negative reviews. The store owner has been nothing but kind and helpful to me. When I’ve shopped here I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Granted, everyone has their own experiences, but it seems out of character to me.
