Purchased a Washer and Dryer last year, the unit began to smell and smoke recently. Professional electrician came out and found it was not installed correctly - the team from Samsung did not use the correct screws for appliances nor did they properly tighten them, the result is an absolute fire hazard, a ticking time bomb waiting to catch fire. We've been using this Dryer for nearly a year now with my wife and daughter in the house, while unbeknownst to us, we have this hazard with us all along.
You would think Samsung would be apologetic and want to fix this immediately, but no, we brought this to their attention nearly 4 weeks ago and their response is one of sheer disregard and terrible customer service, telling us another department will do it.
After 3 weeks we finally, finally had a technician scheduled. On the day he was to come, no one showed so we called in for an update and perhaps a window on when they would arrive. We were told there was no appointment! After a deep breath we told them our situation and pleaded with them for help, they told us they could schedule a technician to come out if we first give them our credit card number to pay for the materials needed.
We obviously told them to take a long walk off a short pier. As write this, I am on hold with Samsung, the time now at 5 plus hours just today.
This is our first Samsung purchase in the appliance department and it will be our last. The products are lovely, work great and look nice but if the company does not stand by their products and their teams who install them, they are garbage.
Do not allow these products in your home if you value your home, your family and your possessions.
Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. We took a chance on Samsung and they don't even have the business sense to take care of their customers.
Go with the old school guys, the tried and tested manufactures and leave Samsung out in the cold.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I have been fighting with them since delivery of a product that we ordered off Samsung website and they delivered since January 15th. My fridge panel constantly fall off and the buttons on the inside do not work. Here we are the end of March, I call constantly and try to get this resolved. I have a claim number and we get no where every time!! Awful customer service, awful product, never again will I own anything Samsung and we will Never refer to anyone!! Absolutely terrible! And before they come on here and say I never ordered from them they can check on message me for my order and claim number!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my Samsung washer machine, which I
purchased in January 2021 from Best Buy. After only five years of use, the drum broke, rendering the
machine unusable. I have taken good care of the machine, following the user manual instructions and performing
regular maintenance. I believe that a washer machine drum should last longer than four years, and I hope that Samsung will take responsibility for this defect. I had requested service and the service technician informed me I need a rear tub case and drum
motor, and this repair would be approximately $2000. In addition, the technician explained my washing machine was discontinued and it was most likely due to faulty parts. That’s almost the same price as I paid for the washing machine they want for the repair. Avoid Samsung products even if they are giving them away.

Bought a Samsung dishwasher in July 2024 it was installed in August 2024 and started leaking water very soon after that, put in my 1st complaint in September and had 2 repairs attempted without success. Another complaint in December and did not get authorization for a replacement until early January 2025, February 5th received the replacement and the adjusted footings in the back of the dishwasher was missing in our new replacement appliance. After 5 months my I'm still missing parts on the new replacement, to say this has been a frustrating experience is an understatement. I do need to say customer service and delivery personnel were very polite and professional probably the last time I purchase any Samsung appliances (Oven panel not working well a whole different story) Very disappointed.........Gloria M.

I bought a Samsung smartwatch brand new on Amazon for $260.02 a little over a year ago. I have not worn it regularly. I only wore it when working out and very few other times. It quite working. I assume the battery is dead. I called over a dozen watch repair and cell phone repair places and cannot find anyone who will replace the battery for me. I called Samsung and they were no help either. I even wrote the Samsung CEO a letter about the situation. Samsung did nothing. Samsung sucks! Selling me an expensive watch that does not last very long is not fair or right.

Hi Samsung managers

Explain to me how is it that Samsung cannot deliver a phone & soundbar to the right location - but magically gets it right that the phone cover is at the correct address

It went to a whole different city - how do you miss a giant city like Houston, TX and end up sending it to a small town called Conroe, TX

Now you tell me to file police reports when UPS & your data clearly shows it went to Conroe, TX

So 2 of 3 highly valued items of the same order could not arrive at same address as phone cover?.

Then I order via Amazon thinking they never have these issues - but low and behold again the phone ends up in Conroe, TX - this smells real bad and you give customers the run around in your support. Fix your logistics or internal fraud whatever is causing this low service

Oh, yes also no photos of delivered Phone & Soundbar - but the little cheap phone cover got all the limelight as proof of delivery 🙂 Not even a photo on 2nd attempt of reordering Phone via Amazon. Izzy & Josh in Conroe must have some real close friends at Samsung.

Been trying to get this resolved from bottom up for 2 weeks - what a mess - great phones - BUT customer service and logistics - PATHETIC!!

Do not purchase a Samsung refrigerator because this company is not experienced in refrigeration. I lost almost $400 worth of food and when trying to get support I was assured over and over again that I would be reimbursed. After paying and completing the repairs (which was a failed compressor that was not “supposed” to fail) they said only up to $200 would be reimbursed and then a few days later I received a random text message from an 864 number stating sorry but you don’t qualify for reimbursement. Nice. Thanks a lot for lying and for not standing by what you tell your customers.

I have a Samsung stove that is part of a recall for its knobs. The stove has been known to accidentally turned on and caused fires. I have had continual problems with the knobs and continual problems with the stove.
For over 3 1/2 weeks now I have been trying to reach someone to speak to them concerning these issues.
I finally got a return email from someone named Miguel. He left his phone number. I have called four times with no reply.
I had another phone number when I called. They asked me for the case number and told me that I’d have to speak with Miguel.
Hard to do when I’m not getting a callback.
I have never in all the times that I’ve ever bought Appliances this much disconnect between the company and Customer Service.
They really truly do not care.
I wish I had enough influence to make everyone understand that they should never buy another Samsung product.
I also wish that someone from Samsung would actually do the right thing and give me a call or contact me by email.
Horrible company
