Had great insight in the market and well connected for all the other services required for my current Real Estate Sale. Was always available when required and provided the right communication and support needed for the challenges that comes with the Sales process that only an experienced individual could provide. Steven is the best realtor possible. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, skilled, understanding, creative and nice. All of which were required in the sale of my home which he sold for me. Steven got the pricing exactly correct so that it sold for $16K above the ask.
Steven did many things for me whish are above and beyond the usual role of a realtor: found and supervised a contractor to make many repairs and improvements; a firm to install required fire alarms; an exterminator to treat and warranty that the house is termite free. After each contractor was finished Steven checked to be sure that the work was done correctly.
