There is not a rating high enough for Matt and the manner in which he provided his service of finding me a car. He was beyond diligent, communicative, detailed and punctual. He went out of his way to assist me. He kept me updated throughout the process and checked in with me to make sure I was ok with all of the details. He made me feel comfortable with requesting a change and worked on it immediately. On top of he professionalism, he is just a really really nice person as well. Great experience working with Matt. Pricing was transparent and always included "all-in" vs when you go to a dealer for some reason they give you a price and you either have to ask if it is all-in or you find out once you start signing papers that there are additional costs. Matt was very patient with us as we were exploring various makes/models and trim packages. Amazing process: I picked the car I wanted but did not have to go to a dealership and deal with hardcore sales. The car was delivered to my house and I signed all the paperwork right at my kitchen table. Matt showed me all the features of the car and helped set up the app, add my phone and garage door links.
