Excellent professionalism! Addressed all my concerns and were able to answer every question on what parts I needed and how to maintain the laser machine I carry. Horrible quality, I would not use them again!

To provide more specifics, your team repaired several of our Cynosure Elite handpieces. Unfortunately, when we had to hire another technician to address the poor quality of the initial repair, we discovered that the back of the handpieces had been glued together. This has left us with no option but to destroy and replace them, significantly increasing our costs. This level of workmanship is unacceptable, and we are now facing even greater expenses to have them properly repaired.

This company has deleted my previous reviews. They are dishonest, broke my machines and have yet to offer any solutions or accept responsibility. Expect deception, lies and manipulation when working with them. Never again!

I had used company in the past with no issues, however, we sent our alma harmony laser to them for repair, it had a small slow leak and would not turn on. They did not reply to emails for a couple of weeks once they got the laser ( this took a month to get the laser there), and then we were told our tech was in some sort of accident. I asked for calls from the owner and Yoseph and Gina who and answered phones. After 5 weeks of them having the laser with NO updates, Gina went and found my laser and asked me what condition it was in, and proceeded to send me pictures of a completely damaged laser outer casing. I had taken pictures right before we had shipped it, as there was confusion which model laser we had. We started calling daily with no updates, then all the sudden received an invoice for $3600.00 I called and asked if it was turning on and if the case was repaired and I was told that it was. We paid the invoice, waited 2 weeks before they finally shipped it. Received today and it does NOT TURN ON and the case was poorly glued back together. Foot pedal and key were missing as well. I am Sarah with Whitefish Plastic Surgery in Whitefish Montana if anyone else wants to file a suit together.
UPDATE in response to Parts for Laser responce, they sent us the container it was shipped in. No accountability!

Do not bother. They claimed to have 30 days warranty but won't hold their deal. The charge the money to fix a vela head that broke 2 weeks after. Don't contact them. Go to more reputable place

Parts4Laser are a superb group. Juan both picked up our laser on a Saturday and then delivered it back on the next Saturday IN A SNOWSTORM!. He was a great ambassador for this company. They fixed our laser, updated its maintenance and charged a very reasonable fee including pickup and delivery from NJ to Maine. Assaf kept us up to date on the progress and reduced our downtime and rescheduling. Will definitely use again. Excellent service start to finish. Cannot recommend high enough. We will be customers for life.

We have a Cynosure Icon laser and the water filters ordered directly from Icon failed causing my laser not to work. Parts4laser had new filter delivered to Canada within 36 hours and they were $800 cheaper!! Very impressed and grateful for Parts4laser. THANK YOU! Will definitely be using again.
