I have to say Roger was fabulous! He was extremely patient and accommodating in every way. I went to 4 different dealers and I came back to him. He beat them all. Roger responded professionally to every question I had. The deal I negotiated was the deal I got. No bs. Signing was quick and painless. Great job guys!

I bought 2 cars from this place and service both of them there. So, here are my thoughts.
Sales:
Buying a car here is super easy and stressless whether it's a cash deal or finance (I've done both). The prices are reasonable and there is no sense of pressure. When I was buying my first car, the salesman actually gave me a ride to the bank in Tenafly (that was back in a day when they didn't accept personal checks yet). The selection is good and usually several cars are available on the lot to choose from.
Service:
The wait time is reasonable (inspection + oil change + rotation) is usually under 2 hrs. Prices depend... I'd never done tire hole patching or full brakes job here (cost way too much).
Staff:
The staff (advisors) is super friendly and dont push extras on you (just sugest them). Front desk... well, I'm not sure what those gals are needed for (they are plain cluless and rude).
Overall, it's a great place to buy a car and service it as long as you know the market prices.

I got my Honda Civic from there last weekend. The car I went there to buy already had a deposit made on it, which I didn’t find out until we were almost ready to pay. Fortunately, the salesman Raul was able to get me a similar car and was very helpful. Their prices for used cars are a lot better than other places around this area. Try not to go on a Saturday as it is very busy I mean very very busy. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a preowned certified Honda other Honda dealerships in the area were charging a lot more and they have other used cars there too. Thanks again Raul!

I recently brought my Honda Pilot in for a warrantee part replacement. While waiting for part delivery they did a courtesy inspection for me. They discovered multiple mechanical issues that needed addressing. I had recently purchased this vehicle from Carmax. It was still within return period so I decided to return it. I returned vehicle to Carmax without getting the repair from Honda. Tenafly Honda was very understanding of my situation. My service dept. representative was Ansonio Romo. He was excellent. He was very communicative with me. Very understanding of my situation. He was very helpful. I should have purchased my used Honda from here from the start.

Over the years I have pleasantly enjoyed working with Brett O Connor Service Advisor. This young man has such a welcoming and outgoing demeanor in his interactions with customer(s). He has been a steady face there at this business which speaks volume of his character and work ethics. Consistency carries value and weight in what we do. I am not being paid to do commercials, nevertheless I know honesty engages hand in hand with truth and facts.
Fair prices is an additive to this review. No one wants to be ripped off and fed a lie. Go where you can get the best service and bang for your buck….
