Always like coming here. Lots of parking in the basement. Small yet good collection of stores and restaurants. Definitely checkout the original pancake house while you are here.

Nice size, wide open shopping mall with a bunch of the popular stores such as Staples, Outback, Acme, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, Party City and McDonalds, just to name some. Lots of parking. We go here periodically just to eat at Outback's as it is one of our favorites. It's nice to stroll along the Hudson walkway and watch the water traffic and ponder the NYC skyline. Benches to sit every so often. Watch out for the Canadian Geese droppings.

Really great to have a city view walk after work. Such a pretty sunset and sunrise 🌅 its really beautiful to look at with your the other half and chill. City is busy but here is very chill 🌅

Edgewater Commons is a major mall in Edgewater located on the main drag. Has a few anchor stores like Target, Acme and Ace hardware.

In addition there are maybe around 30 or so smaller businesses like beer, hair cut, McDonald's and a large variety. Even an Outback that has been here since forever.

Huge parking as well, can get very busy on prime days.

Nice shops and dining with that awesome and beautiful view makes this place a must! Many times on the weekends you can find people entertaining and playing nice music 🎶. Shops closed on Sunday but beautiful walking path for exercising after your meal.

Great shop with everything you need to live your life. I’m telling everything you need is here Target supermarket liquor store staples clothing stores restaurants. It’s very clean and easily maneuverable. It’s not far from NYC and if you plan correctly it’s worth paying the toll to get a lot of stuff done all at once and have FREE parking!
