If you actually want to get a storage unit, I would highly recommend staying AWAY from Ample Storage. I have stopped by three times over the past week and have yet to see anyone in their office. Being unavailable once or twice over a holiday weekend? Not a problem, but when you post a sign stating that you will return on a certain day (Nov 28th) at your posted hours, you're expected to be there. Unreliable is a kind way of putting it...

They are never onsite to actually rent you a unit which makes this place useless. They also do not answer their phone number. Try out a different storage facility if you need to store items.

Before using Ample Storage, I had a very bad experience with a storage facility. But Ample, is not like the others, it is customer focused, 100%. The prices are great, staff is friendly, facility is sparkling clean! 5 stars all around. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

This place is terrible, I had a unit for a year and it was the worst. I had to deal with stink bugs and mice getting into all of my stuff. They don't keep the gate locked, three times when I showed up the gate was wide open and on one was there. Anyone could just walk in. Then when I tried to get my stuff out we had a unbelievably bad experience with the staff. My wife asked to use the truck they tell you can use the one owner laughed at her and made sexist comments about her being a small woman and being able to drive a truck. To make matters worse when I went to close out my account once our stuff was out I had to go three times because no one is there even during open hours. Twice I waited for twenty minutes and called and no one showed up. On the third time I waited a half an hour and the same owner who mocked my wife finally came. It's 2017, get a sign that says you will be back if you go to lunch or put a cellphone on your website so you can reach someone. They are expanding units now but I would avoid it unless you like rodents/bugs or are a guy since they don't respect women. The only good thing about this place objectively is the woman that works the desk, she is always nice and goes above and beyond to help you. There are quite a few other places around use them.

My family has used Ample Storage in the past, so when I moved out and needed a unit, I knew Ample would be my best bet. It is in a secluded area & the lot is very clean and organized. My unit was clean when I opened it and perfect to use to store my things while I transition to a new apartment.

I waited for over an hour after making an appointment. The customer service rep informed me someone would call me shortly. No one called. If I could give a 0 star I would. A complete waste of my time.
