I arrived at 7 am, the appointment was for 8 am, but it's now 3:17 pm and they still haven't loaded it. There's enough space to park overnight.

It’s a waste of time to pick up at this place.
Nothing but liars. Picking up 2 pallets that were supposed to be ready yesterday afternoon and was told to be here at 7 AM this morning. They finally put me in a dock at 10:30 AM. 2 hours later, I’m still waiting… I will never do business with this place ever again.

arrived for pickup. told me my product wasnt ready. 3.5 hours later come back tomorrow. when broker called next day, told me go back product is ready. came here on saturday at 12:45pm. it was closed. no one here empty lot.

If you came here to pickup the load especially from american freight movers broker please cancel cz they don’t provide airbags the load not well secured nd broker just tryna play blame game with you and harrass you with claim and freight guards. Better off this place n that brokerage

I delivered there and I had to wait on some paperwork to be sent over. It probably took about 20 minutes give or take. They call and gave me a door and before I could back in the guy was out there waiting to chalk my tires and lock trailer out. 30 minutes later they was calling me to come and get my paperwork. On top of that checking in lady’s sitting at the receiving and shipping windows was sweethearts. They greeted you as soon as walked through the door with a smile how can I help you. I have no problem going back there.
