I enjoy the product I received and am GENERALLY PLEASED with the services by this store- I know this can be a very difficult business with trading collectibles that are rare items from sports memorabilia to collectibles of Comics, Funko pops and fan items, and for that I’m very pleased that I received my product the way I did. However, I do have a couple of complaints, which I do feel fair about being able to state, : Fist- This is a very hard and rare Funko pop to accommodate, but it was missing a “window displays box” as stated in the caption- if it wasn’t gonna come in the casing, or without a slip of authenticity or any graded work(The certificate and grading, I could care less about, It’s more about The description of the display case) at minimum, then there should’ve not been a description about displayingwhich is 8 bucks on Funk pop.com; it also has 2 minor/micro damage on the box- but I could care less about that KNOWING how rare this CHANCE OF CHASE was to find and accommodate- however, I would’ve been much happier if it came with the case, like it had said description uncle Pops are in a square display, But to put “ Windows display box” I feel like it as misguiding and misleading, Which completely takes away from the minor/macro damage, which I can accept because of its rarity, and which Funko pop it is.

Please do not take offense to this, and this is why I gave three stars, because Funko pop is a very specific collectibles industry, and it’s hard to find the right Funko pops for the right collectibles, but also too, I gave three stars because I enjoyed the service to my comfortable extent level, and I do appreciate the work done by sports integrity, but I did want to bring that up because it made me uncomfortable, And while I might not ever Or I might so buy with sports integrity in the future, I was pleased with my product to a certain extent, it’s just very frustrating. I’m going to have to spend eight bucks +6.50 on shipping for something I thought I was getting with my product, because you would think that a company or store like sports integrity does things like put all of their product shipped in glass casing with a certificate or excluding the certificate at least a protected casing and this was not the case, it came in UPS bag wrapped in like paper and that was it. Again, more disappointed on the lack of the casing And the way it was shipped, don’t mind the micro, minor damage, wish that wasn’t there, but it is, don’t care about that, care more about the display casing Respectfully, in understanding that God forbid this came more damage, or something had happened, it would’ve been an accident, but this does affect products and rarities, and these are the kind of industries we need to be kind and respectfully more outspoken about because things do get damaged or things do happen or accidents or mistakes are made, and I do not want to seem like I am yelling or being mean, I just wanna share my uncomfortable minor situation otherwise, Sports integrity is overall pretty good.

Very very pleased with my purchase from Sports Integrity. I am a 49ers fan located in Austin, TX, and had a Brock Purdy Signed 16x20 poster shipped all the way out to me. Was able to frame it myself and it looks great.

If there are any issues with shipping/damaged items or anything that might keep you from being fully satisfied I assure you if you call them up, Joe the business owner will make it right. I am very confused at why there are ANY negative reviews regarding this business at all.

Strongly recommend buying from Joe and the SportsIntegrity Team. Also important to factor in that they are able to sell authentic signed memorabilia at cheaper price than getting it directly from Fanatics(market price), Pristine Auction(avg final bid), etc.

Best option out there if you’re able to find what you’re looking for.

I ordered a framed auto item as a Christmas present for my husband a couple months ago. I have to tell you how awesome it is and that I can finally leave a posted positive response. The box arrived on time- as communicated. This was a super fragile item and was packaged with such care. The frame and matte is precise and professional. The 16 x 20 photo is awesome. My wife is a huge Brandon Graham fan.So I purchased an autograph Brandon Graham jersey and had it professionally framed by Michael's in Delaware. She was extremely blown away and was surprised. Am I on crazy pills, where did all of these positive reviews come from? Clearly people who did not have an issue in getting what they ordered. I ordered an item with overnight shipping 3 weeks ago. I was provided with a tracking number the next day, that was never picked up/shipped out by them. To this date, I have not received the item and tracking never shows it was even picked up. Two emails sent remain unanswered, phone calls unanswered. Terrible customer service, I started a chargeback rather than deal with whoever owns this place. In response to the owner stating below on another review it's not their responsibility the item got lost... yes it is. You are literally legally responsible to get the item to the intended recipient. Either spring for signature confirmation or insure your packages. Terrible company and from the looks of it, terrible management.
