Bob that answers the phone in the service department. Conducts his job very unprofessional. Not one not two not three, but numerous times he said stuff to me just to get me off the phone. Said that he will check with his technician and call me back and never call. Said he will give me the part number and a half an hour and never called me back. I asked him about the bill He lied to me and said that the boss looked over it and it is what it is. Which I was told by Vincent. Earlier that day that the boss was on vacation and would not be able to respond to me immediately. Mr BOB is not doing his job. Why even answer the phone if you don’t wanna communicate the right way with the people. To whoever owns this business, Mr. Bob is a major red flag on conducting business with customers. I’ve been communicating with him over a month and every time it was terrible communication. Vince is pretty reliable and does his job pretty good in the service department.

I wanted to let the company know that Paul in your Parts Department is amazing to work with. He is always ready to assist me with anything and EVERYTHING I need. When I'm not sure of something, he faxes or emails me lists and diagrams, etc. He gets me my parts in a timely manner all the time. Paul is knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. People are always posting negative things and never positive. I felt that it shouldn't go unnoticed of what an amazing employee you have.

You need parts they're better than the competition. Great hours to boot! Hell you need a FTL part they very well may have an equivalent...theres a lot going into it call and ask. Parts is the highlight is my point.

Service (not customer service they're all friendly) is not good. I wouldn't recommend them. Unless it's warranty work and even then you gotta check the bill and don't bank on speed. There's a reason their lot is overfull.

Sales can't speak too.

If you have a choice for service work....there's better places. If you need parts give em a ring.

Terrible customer service, I took my truck in for service. Needed to get the ERG cool fix on my 2007 international i9, and a few other things. They kept my truck for two weeks & half and it still wasn’t fix. So I took it back & they kept it for another week. After getting it back. I still had lost of power. They charge me under 10k. Worst Shop EVER don’t wast your time and money by going there!!!

This is a great place to go and buy a truck or to sell a truck or to trade in a truck they have restrooms and the restrooms the toilets flush and they use water unlike a lot of new places that don't use water and have the tendency to stink if they're not cleaned every couple of hours they have a waiting lounge that has a television and their customer service reps are excellent all the new trucks come with new tires and not recaps like some places that's pretty awesome and you can get a variety of different colors you can get a stick shift or an automatic or an auto stick 10 speed 13 speed 18 speed just about any speed that you want you can also custom-order you can have larger exhaust systems put on it or smaller exhaust systems I have yet to see anybody out of there come out of there with dual exhaust or glass-packs or anything like that but that's kind of hard to put on a truck anyway and they know they don't make Spinner rims for their tractors even though I think that would be really cool I saw one in California once but they do have a lot of chrome available

They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable with the big purchase of buying a Truck we are a small beginner company And they made us feel like we were a big company I got an awesome price on the truck.
