QVC took our order for Feta Spinach Chicken Sausage but could not fill the order because they oversold what Rastelli could produce.
Also, we placed an order for smash-burgers with a burger press. Rastelli shipped the burgers but, no burger press.
We ordered 6 lbs of chicken bites that were supposed to include 2 bottled sauces, we only received one.
No more QVC/Rastelli orders for us.

Place does not open till 6:30 am don’t come any sooner. doesn’t accommodate for truckers and local driver told us to move and wait till guard shock shows up, if guard is not there park on the side of the road at your own risk may be ticketed by law enforcement. Updated, The guard shack guy was awesome very polite!! They were quick to unload once we got a dock door.

Worst Prime Rib I have ever had. My 84 year old mother was duped by QVC to spend big bucks on a 4 pound Prime Rib. The roast we received was NOT a Prime Rib. At best, it was Eye of the Round. It was cooked to medium rare, rested at 135 degrees. There was absolutely zero fat or marbling, and it was tough as hell. Save your money folks. She has bought their steaks as well, and they a small and rather flavorless. Thankfully, we had fresh Dungeness crab, so Christmas dinner wasn’t a not a complete flop.

Lousy steaks. I paid a lot of money to have them shipped here. I get better steaks at Sams. Their meat is overrated. Order somewhere else. Very disappointed. QVC does a good job promoting these lousy steaks. Stay away from Rastelli meats. Rip off!!!

OTR drivers might need some patience with this place. They can take their time. The docks 1 through 6 are pretty tight. But they have clean restrooms.

I wanted to change it items in my box. I went to the website and called the phone number, but unfortunately it was disconnected. So I called corporate and they were so obliging to me that I absolutely thought they were the best thing since peanut butter and jelly. I will continue to use Rastelli’s forever.
