I had an issue with my room and the manager (Megan) addressed immediately. Thank you, Megan! Additionally, Alexcia (front desk) is welcoming, recognizes me, and greets me by name. Pat and Jackie at the restaurant/bar are welcoming, greet me by name, and constantly engage in conversation. I make my dinner plans around their work schedule. Thank you for great customer service.

The menu has changed. I do like a couple of the new offerings. I would like to see the fitness room expanded or update the equipment, including free weights.

The hotel was quiet and the room clean. There was easy access to the interstate highway. We parked right outside the entrance. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were comfy and the covers warm. The room temperature was fine once we did a few iterations of adjusting the unit. The only downsides are the hotel restaurant was temporarily closed over the holidays and our room refrigerator wasn't working. It wasn't a problem because the nearby ice machine worked just fine and it was a short drive to the Swedesboro Diner which we enjoyed. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasure staying at this hotel. Room was clean and was provided with extra towels. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The food was delicious and was served quicker than expected. I will definitely stay again

Positive: Open air room at entrance with a bar and restaurant. Very cozy areas to relax and unwind. Awesome business desk / area. Clean, comfortable room, and very quiet. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced! 5 stars***** Negative: No indoor pool. That would have been awesome.

The customer service was excellent and the facilities were clean. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. The value was also good, which is hard to come by in this economy. I also liked how’s there’s a bar and restaurant at this location. I’m looking forward to checking out the swimming pool when staying in the summer.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great my first night. I was able to bring my dog, who is very used to staying in hotels. The hotel could use some updating, as the wallpaper in my room was peeling. The TV was not a smart TV and the connection was sporty. The on-demand movie service was not working. The only really unpleasant part of my stay was a large group of unsupervised children who ran up and down the halls, in the elevators, shrieking, stomping and pounding on the walls. I have no idea where the parents / chaperones were. My dog didn't make a peep the entire time we were there and he was way better behaved than these children.

Quite nice for a standard Holiday Inn. Room felt a little dated but clean and well appointed. Lobby area, restaurant and grounds very well kept, clean and welcoming. Very handy to Rt 295.

Staff were helpful and nice. Rooms had all amenities I needed and set up was great. I didn’t try the food, but everything about the place was comfortable and clean. I have stayed in many hotels and this was definitely a winner!
