We stayed in the area coming from a family event. Everything was so clean, Megan from the front was amazing, the breakfast in the morning was awesome, and even better coffee! The bed was so comfy and I loved that the tv said its own personal welcome message to us! I can’t say enough of how awesome this stay was. Thank you!

For this hotel to be fairly new the cleanliness was definitely below a 0. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have it was filthy. Floors were sticky and dirty, counters and dinning room table had not been cleaned the shower was broken and it smelled like animals were in room. I really didn't feel the price I paid to stay for 1 night was warranted. I stayed on Thanksgiving day overnight and I have to say this hotel is definitely not Marriott brand quality, it is more like a cheap motel. It looks pretty once you enter the main lobby but that is where it ends, like putting lipstick on on a pig. I would never recommend to friends, family or business associates. Save money stay somewhere else unless you want subpar accommodations at a ridiculously high rate. Not worth the price, wish i was warned ahead of time. I feel as if I was robbed and the hotel employees knew there were issues. I was not the only person who complained about the cleanliness and smell of the rooms. Several family and friends were traveling during this time period and were extremely disappointed in the misrepresentation of this hotel. Now I will say the front desk staff were pleasant but that is where it ends, why does it take 30 minutes to check in 2 rooms answer this with no line? NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

No hot water for one of the days I was there. Front desk wasn't willing to do anything to compensate. Had to wash off in the sink or take a very cold shower, but I keep my room cold at night, so I would have froze.

Nice kitchen area in my room. I could have cooked a meal there and they had all the utensils.

Got stuck in a room with 2 appliances that either don't work or are malfunctioning. 18 MAR 2025. Room 313.
How am I supposed to get any work done with the ridiculous flashing desk lamp?
The rooms are decent and seems fairly new construction which is odd to me that a third of the lights in the living area are not working, especially being LED lights. I also dont like that they are the penitentiary / industiral white color light that makes you feel like you're in a government facility or a penitentiary, nobody has these lights at home. LIFETIME Platinum member.

UPDATE:
Problem was remediated very quickly by front desk, brought them the bulb, gave me a new bulb, and 2 complimentary market items for my troubles. A++

Do not disturb on the door and maids came in anyways. Did not clean room, just took a bag of food that must of looked like trash, took half my towels and moved the trashcan off the exposed tack strip. I stepped on it again. Front desk people were fantastic. Marriot titanium.

DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU WONT HAVE A ROOM
If I could give this hotel a zero I absolutely would, all thanks to Alex Smith. Alex was a great sales person and had us fully convinced that this was the perfect hotel to have our wedding block/wedding after party. When we arrived to check in we were told that our room that we booked months in advance had been canceled and booked with someone else. No phone call, and no email to notify us. Alex was working and walked by many times not even acknowledging the mistake she caused. One time? maybe that was a mistake in the books, but two weeks prior we had family members booked with this hotel for a weekend stay and they received an email days before saying that their room was canceled, but at least they got an email. We end up with a downgraded room, come back after our wedding for the after party.. surprise Alex never booked us a bartender (after telling us there would be one)! We had a lobby packed with guests ready to party and no one to serve them on our wedding night. After speaking multiple desk attendants all problems seem to lead to Alex. We were told that she does this all the time and leaves them there to face the angry and unsatisfied customers scrambling to try to clean up the mess that Alex made. My husband emailed her, and received an attitude back so he decided to just call the next day to see where the disconnect was, just to get blown off by Alex. He then talked to a supposed manager who also didn’t really seem to care about all of the trouble that this place caused us. Moral of this story, if you plan on booking and staying at this hotel, you should also have a backup plan because you might just find out you don’t have a room at all. Shout out to the front desk attendants who tried their best for us, specifically Johnathan who did his best to accommodate an angry crowd. Also, for maintenance, room 328‘s tub leaks all over the floor and into the trim when you use the shower, you should probably check for mold, but that’s not my problem.

Positive: Location. Negative: The rooms were dirty and smelled off dirty laundry and dogs! My sheets smelled. I was awakened by a barking dog in the room next to me nightly and I could hear the guests stomping around every morning. Just awful!

Great experience! Nice staff. Stayed there for two weeks. Had a wonderful experience...like being at home.
