This is a great little plaza..I come here for the Vivi bubble tea .. But there are a lot of other shops and restaurants here too!

Mostly ethnic shops here. I went into the Indian bakery and then ate at Modern Fusion. I enjoyed my entire meal. Ordered Mongolian beef, Wonton soup and lo mein for dinner. Parking lot is just ok.

This is a decent Asian mix Restaurant. We tried the calamari, appetizer and well a little salty was delicious and worth trying. Main courses were all tasty and good American Chinese food.

The part I visited had was a nice community mostly with townhouses and zero street parking, I parked in front of the garage door. The community is nicely positioned behind the Mercer Mall and in the neighborhood of the Nassau Park Mall, practically you can go shopping by foot - bringing home the groceries and the new TV without a car can be an issue, though 😀.
