Not COVID-19 safe. Smells like roach spray. Stopped for a vape, and they sell masks..but they don't make money off of it because they send people away instead of selling masknto them. I DO NOT roccom3ndnthis place. IT IS NOT SAFE. This was on Tues Dec. 8, 2000 at 515pm Est. They do not speak english well..andnhave very bad customer service skills.

I come here at least one a week to buy the lava plus. I often buy two at a time. Last night I bought two and when I got home, one didn't work. I came back in to exchange it but they didn't have it in stock. I asked for my money back and was at first told no. I had to waste my time asking for money back for a defective item they sold me. The cashier told me to try them before leaving next time...Why would I open both just to make sure it isn't defective? I understand it's the manufacturers fault it's defective, they just have to reach out to them and let them know the problem to get the money they are owed for it. They also charge way more than anyone in the area. I suggest all their customer find somewhere else to get their products

Literally the rudest people. One guy (the youngest one) is fine but the other one so rude. He was talking on the phone and I said "excuse me" to get his attention and he yelled at me that the store is closed. So I felt bad and left but saw the sign and they weren't. I went back to ask him why he told me he was closed when their Google listing says open 24 hrs. He yelled at me that it didn't say that. (I just put in an edit). Then he said the lottery was closed. I didn't even want lottery. If they were a little nicer and had even an ounce of good customer service, he would've let me ask my question. I've gone here for years for minor things and I've put up with the rudeness. Never again. Never going here again.

Also I've found hair in their food and I've seen them cough near the food. They also picked up one of their cups that was kicked around the floor and put it back for customers to take. Eat here at your own risk!

The lady who works there is super nice, and the guys who work day-time/early evening are fine, but the late night/early morning guy is not the friendliest fellow. Very rude for no reason, and acts like you are a bother to him. I will continue to go here, just not during the times he works.

All I can say is, this place deserves to lose ALL their business once Quick Check opens, that is - if any customers still go there. Rudest guy on the planet works there, in the evenings. It’s really shocking how nasty he is. Doesn’t even speak, he dismisses you with a hand motion, pointing you to the door. He did this tonight when my lottery play ticket would not scan. I-kid-you-not!!!!!

The so-called "manager" at this establishment, whom, when asked ( and WRONG), will tell you he does not know WHO the manager is if you ask him when attempting to file a complaint. He has refused me service when attempting to make a small.purchase on more than one occasion simply because of his misoginy. I have seen him treating women so badly at times that they left the store in tears. He has refused me service for no apparent reason SEVERAL times. i have these events on video because he was also quite mean and threatening and I did not feel comfortable AT ALL, nor did I feel safe. I intend to contact local law enforcement as well as the township representative and the mayor regarding this disturbing behavior. In the meantime, PLEASE
...I beg you... do not allow your wives, daughters, mothers, sisters or any other female loved ones to enter this establishment. it simply is not safe for a female...

Like everyones been saying is these dudes are rude and it's so true! This place is just a horrible spot for anything. The only thing they really keep in stock is cigs. Also I'm a regular customer and using my card here several times I had to change 2 of my cards cause they have been getting the info and sending it to there friends or something cause its ridiculous that I had to change my card. Recommend to only use cash. The same could happen to you, dont let it.

They are extremely rude and anti veteran. My husband who is a disabled veteran needed to use the bathroom and they refused to let him. After he told them it was an emergency and he was a disabled veteran they said go somewhere else. We will be posting how they treat customers and veterans on public media, with the VA, and all veteran support groups. If you don’t support your veterans, especially the disabled ones who fought for you to immigrate here, work here, benefit financially, and for your freedom, then go back to your “home” country! Shame on you for being anti American and anti veteran!
