We usually don't write reviews very often but this dealership deserves.
I personally called and asked how busy the shop was and when they will be able to take us. Talked to Robert and Ross they were very friendly, professional and very educated they helped me right away and give me the most accurate info possible.

After our conversation I sent my unit there ( Cascadia 2021 ) with Nox sensor issue and regen issues.

As soon the truck go there and did the check in they put it inside the shop right away and did a perfect and accurate diagnostic, they didn't want to sell me extra stuff or to make the bill bigger as other dealers do.

After the conversation approval was given to work on the unit and to order the necessary parts.

Truck got check in yesterday 9/28 at around 3pm, truck was done this morning 9/29 at 9am

Have had a great experience at this shop on every visit. Russ the shop manager is one of the best guys I’ve felt with as far as service and really goes above and beyond there’s not many other men running shops out there like Russ as I’ve been to many. The office staff is also very helpful and has resolved some difficult Cummins warranty issues for my company. Really appreciate this shop.

Called to schedule a simple smoke test and fed inspection, they said Thursday our truck would be scheduled. Dropped early Wednesday to make sure they had plenty of time. Called Thursday before closing with no notice they said will get to it friday. So I passed the shop friday still sitting there so I proceeded to call and ask why is it not done yet then Lies and says it’s in the shop. Didn’t get back till end of Friday. I then relayed how unpleased I was ... they told me we have trucks that have been here for months waiting on parts. I said how is that my problem! You scheduled for Thursday and didn’t even call to tell us that you couldn’t get it done. Lost two days of work for a one hr job. Then they passed me with an air leak I found right after I got it back. Not good service...Not Happy!

My husband and I were traveling from Florida to Maine for a family birthday party. Our RV we had for only 2 weeks broke down on Rt. I84 in N.J. Not being from the area, we researched on line and found Campbell Supply. We were able to get our RV there safely. Russ Touchtone who is the Manager understood our dilemma and went out of his way to help us. He was able to order a part for us and we are waiting for the part to come in and he will either install it for us or ship it to where we are. Russ went over and above what most people would do. We appreciate all their help and advise. I highly recommend Campbell Supply Co in Sussex.

We live fulltime in a 2015 Newmar Dutch Star motorhome on a Freightliner chassis with a Cummins diesel engine. On a trip in mid-June, from Virginia to New York to visit family, we began to experience a problem with erratic acceleration and rough pulling up long hills. Thinking it may be a fuel problem, we took it to a local truck repair shop in Florida, New York, where we were staying, to have the problem checked out. After the replacement of the fuel filter and water separator, the problem persisted.

We then contacted the Freightliner 24/7 service hotline in order to find the closest Freightliner Elite service center to make an appointment. As luck would have it, Campbell Freightliner of Sussex County, in Lafayette, New Jersey, was about 30 miles away and were able to schedule us only a week later. Other service centers we contacted could not even see us for 3 to 4 weeks, with no guarantee they could fit us in then.

We arrived at Campbell Freightliner of Sussex County at 7:30 am and they brought us in as soon as they opened at 8:00 am. Robert, our Service Representative, was extremely professional and was thorough in documenting our problem and communicating it to our service tech, Harry. Harry, who has been a service tech for decades, did a thorough computer analysis of our engine performance and any fault codes that were stored, but found no issues. We took the RV out for a drive, with Harry's computer connected so he could view any performance abnormalities while we drove. We physically experienced the "bucking" of the engine/transmission under hard acceleration, but the computer showed no engine problems.

Joe, was our shop connection and regularly kept us apprised of what was going on and repeatedly assured us that they would keep looking until they found the source of the problem. Both he and Harry took our RV out for a second test drive, and as is always the case when trying to isolate an unusual and erratic problem, the acceleration issue disappeared on this second drive and they were unable to make it reappear.

Concerned that the problem may be transmission-related, Harry ran a transmission diagnostic and provided us with a printed report showing that all was well with the transmission.

Although the team at Campbell Freightliner of Sussex County could not ascertain the exact cause of our problem, they spent the better part of the day trying to do so. Joe also advised us that the filter and water separator that were just installed, were ā€œadequateā€ but not the ones recommended by Cummins, so we purchased the correct ones from their parts department to keep on hand.

They sent us on our way with a bill that was way below what we expected for almost a full day's work and told us that if the problem arose again shortly after we left, to come right back and they would dig deeper.

We highly recommend this shop for any Freightliner service. The facility (including driver’s lounge and restroom!) is immaculate, well-maintained, the staff totally professional and hospitable, and everyone we worked with demonstrated a level of technical competence and customer service that gave us all the confidence in the world that we were in good hands.

Great people at the parts department here. Joe at the parts counter is a retired Male model/dancer. They can help you find the truck parts that you need. I always go here for my truck parts.
