Parkway Place is a good mall, it’s certainly faired better than the long since gone Madison Square Mall I used to go to when I was a kid. I wish they kept the restrooms cleaner and had a few better choices in the food court. Also I hope they are able to fill the empty slots that have been left by a few different brands leaving there. I’m usually there for Chick-Fil-A or Charley’s when it comes to food and I like to shop at the Belk and Zumiez stores there. Overall not bad, but I hope it gets some improvements made in a couple problem areas.

I don't know if this mall just hates handicapped people or what but the elevator has been broken for months and two of the three down escalators are broken (we gave up after that so I'm not sure about the third). I was glad Huntsville still has a mall and excited to go but if you have walking disabilities don't bother.

All 3 interior escalators are still not working along with both elevators. You can go up but not down. I was here last week and observed the same thing. If you’re handicapped and/or in a wheelchair, make note. Inconvenient for those that require them. The escalator in Belk did work.

Please put a Starbucks in this mall! Also bring in some nicer eating options besides greasy fried things, I would love to see a Snappy Salads, Starbucks, Pacuigo, etc. I would also like to see more stores like AĒSOP, ALDO, Athleta, maybe some salons like AVEDA or DryBar, DryBar would be amazing, MiniLuxe, etc. would love to see a Kate Spade store here, also a Tous Le Jous which is a local Huntsville cafe,
please bring in some classy stores, restaurants and experiences, this mall needs help.

Liked all the stores they had. My husband got me a bear at build a bear. Got his shoes from journeys cheap lady was helpful

A nice mall. Lots of people walk there, mostly senior citizens, but there are people of all ages shopping and eating in the Food Court. I go there sometimes just to sit there in a shiatzu massage chair. Money well spent. A favorite shop is the Yankee Candle store.
