I made an appointment at the cherry hill mall showroom yesterday to test out the bike+. I worked with Blessing and she was great. She adjusted me to the bike and was super thorough with explaining the details of the bike. She was also very patient as I had a ton of questions! Outstanding customer service. The showroom itself was clean. There is a range of clothing and workout accessories. The equipment they have displayed that you can test are the rower, bike+ and the treadmill. They also have cycling shoes in what seems like all the sizes for you to test the bike.

Stopped in the Cherry Hill Peloton store for help with fitting for 2 of us for our Peloton Bike. Vanessa, one of the store managers was very helpful, both in doing the fitting, including adjusting the cleats on our shoes, as well as explaining why she was suggesting certain adjustments from how we have been setting up our bike for over a year. I definitely suggest stopping in for a fitting whether you are looking to get a peloton bike, or have been riding one for many years,

We were delivered a bike that was defective (the tensioner would not work). We could not get the bike serviced for an entire week. The day they were supposed to come to replace the frame, they never showed up. When we tried to reschedule the only date available was an additional week. It will be over a month from when we received the bike and we are still unable to use it. There is no way to expedite or escalate our problem. Be warned, if you order a peloton and there’s anything wrong with it. It will be an absolute nightmare to try to get it fixed. Horrible experience.

Monday I went into the Cherry Hill store not knowing too much about Peloton bikes. Shayna was our store associate and she was awesome! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! She answered every question and was very patient with me asking all of the questions. I highly recommend going in to this store to purchase a bike or whatever products you are interested in!

I received such great service from Jordan and Vanessa! We ran into an issue when applying a gift card to my purchase. They both worked so hard to find a solution so that I could make my purchase right then an there. Definitely give the store a visit!

My husband and I visited the Peloton store about a week ago the day before my peloton was delivered. The rep was super nice and explained everything to us with great patience. We also took some measurements. The only little thing I wanted to point out was that we were misinformed about being able to stream YouTubeTV and Prime from the Peloton platform. I later learned that this is in Beta testing and only very few select customers have an option of doing that. That was a huge bummer.

I love the peloton brand! I can't afford a bike or treadmill right now, but I do have the app! The management and employees at the cherry hill store are nothing but impeccable, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. They went through all my options for financing the equipment and what would work best for my lifestyle. I will definitely be returning to the cherry hill store when I finally bite the bullet and purchase a bike!

Shayna was our sales specialist and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I walked in uncertain and with endless questions. Shayna answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, and guided me through the various options including testing them! She spelled out features a-z and I was more informed than friends who owned a peloton but purchased online. I told Shayna I had to think about it and had a long business trip coming up. Shayna expressed complete understanding, was not pushy at all, and offered me her information and a follow-up call - which I accepted and she called as promised =). I took my time to think about the purchase and returned in two months to work with Shayna in purchasing the Peloton Bike+! Great experience working with Shayna, was very clear and transparent about the process and I would recommend working with her if you are interested in buying a Peloton product!
